I had some very specific design challenges (too much gold in the bathrooms) and they walked me through how I might minimize the impact of introducing yet another set of hardware (the glass hinges). Also when I went to their office in Manassas to see the hardware, the person who greeted me offered me a snack for the ride home since he know I had driven a long way. It's kind gestures and patience like this that make all of the difference in terms customer experience and satisfaction.
