It was refreshing to meet with the actual owner before the work started - made me feel more comfortable trusting my home to his team. The crew was on time, professional and very friendly. Is it just me, or is late the new normal for the service industry? I was pleasantly surprised when Fannin showed up on time and got right to work. Kraig was very thorough in explaining what they'd be doing and what to expect. His crew was also very friendly and helpful. My dog escaped into the front yard and they saved him from getting in a doggie fight. This was above and beyond, but very much appreciated. The power washing went fairly quickly, and my house and concrete look great. Our front door was super gross and dirty, and now it's sparkling white for the first time in years! I was so happy with Fannin's service that we decided to get our windows cleaned later this summer too. I ran into Kim at a SABA networking breakfast recently and BOY am I glad I did. I'm on the board of an HOA and we needed her and her husband to come over for a bid on power washing our playground equipment. They get there ON TIME and proceed to evaluate the grounds and our amenity. Joe advises they can also power-wash curbs, sidewalks, rock walls and even clean out gutters too. I can't say enough wonderful things about this husband and wife company. They came out to do a window count, and emailed over a bid. Their bid was almost identical to my former window cleaner, so I accepted. Joe and his guy were on time, friendly, and did a thorough job. They were clean (no drippings on the carpet), and did not rush the job at all. We needed some screens replaced, and he measured them and said he'd set a time to come back to replace them, and we also needed a picture hung. Stellar! I contacted FANNIN based on their consistently positive Yelp reviews. I left a message and was called back punctually. We were having guests over and needed window cleaning services ASAP! They were able to accommodate my request and made it out here the next day! Joe is a great communicator. He was great in getting back to me promptly, by call and texts. He called my wife the morning of our service date and showed up early, which he asked approval for first. Great qualities!! They did an excellent job in cleaning our windows! They took their time in doing the work, were very thorough and did not seem rushed at all. Joe and Craig did a GREAT job cleaning the limestone siding and windows of our house. They were very attentive to the little details - such as taking off their shoes or wearing little shoe covers when they came into the house. I highly recommend Fannin Professional Services. We asked them to come out to our home in Pflugerville to hang some Christmas lights on our roof, columns, and trees last November. Joe and his crew came out on time and went straight to work. Joe is extremely thorough and professional and wanted to be sure he understood to the most minute detail how we wanted the lights decorated. After about 2 hours the were done and it looked AMAZING!! This company is amazing. It is so refreshing to find a business that is so well organized and values doing an excellent job. My first contact was requesting a bid online. I was interested in gutter cleaning, and pressure washing my house and concrete surfaces. Fannin responded quickly and their proposal identified with specificity what they would do at different price points (depending on what the customer wanted). Kimberly Fannin followed up to make sure that if I had any questions or wanted to schedule some services she would be glad to help me. Their prices were not the highest or the lowest of the bids I received but I found their price fair for the quality of the work the reviews indicated they performed. I was not disappointed. They came at the time indicated and made things as easy as possible for me -- removing my furniture on the back patio and placing it back where they found it. My home, gutters and driveway were dramatically improved. The black spots on my driveway were GONE. I noticed one minor problem after the work was completed. During the cleaning some leaves had fallen behind the screen of one of my windows. When I mentioned this to Joe, he immediately rectified the situation. I think that is the true measure of a business -- valuing customer satisfaction -- and doing an excellent job. I was very impressed with the level of service that we received from Fannin. We got the Housing Wash -The Works and the Platinum Plus Window cleaning, and it was definitely money well spent. Our windows look like new and years of grime removed from the screens and window tracks. It was honestly an embarrassment to open the windows when guests were over due to the mineral buildup on the outside of the windows. Now they are spotless and absolutely clear. The house washing was also fantastic. The siding around the house, including on the second floor, was starting to get some mildew type build up and it was very hard for us to reach by ourselves. The team from Fannin did a thorough cleaning of the house (siding/brick) and it looks very fresh now. They also cleaned our front porch, which looks great.
