Holly who was working the register, made zero eye contact and spoke to me like she wished I would leave and our interaction would be over with. The girl in the back, Hailey looked at me complete irritation when I asked if I had met her before. As a former employee, this is completely unacceptable. They should have zero customer service interaction happening. As a customer, I will never be going back to the La Mesa store. Snobby and rude is putting it lightly. Very different experience compared to El Cajon and downtown locations, which are wonderful locations

The space is huge and was able to accommodate for all of our needs! We had an adorable flower cart for our guests to make their own beautiful wrapped bouquets, which they loved. They even had an adorable vintage speaker that connected to our Bluetooth for some great music throughout the event. Parking was plentiful (in a separate lot, but easy to find). I booked a couple months out because I wanted to have the reservation and date set. a couple weeks before my event we went to check out the space and we were able to plan out a bit where things would go and what and where we could move things. this space is wonderful for bigger parties of 100-150 people. there are bathrooms. there is lots of street parking and it's close to the freeway. I guess one thing I didn't agree with was how much time we have to set up and break down. we had to add 2 extra hours to set up. other than that Brooke and her husband were wonderful hosts and were pretty accommodating. I definitely recommend this venue for parties such as graduation, engagements, baby showers etc. A solid 8/10

Unfortunately, I was met with a Spanish-speaking message to callers, giving no direction to those who do not speak the language, with no other option. I could not comprehend the message. It would behoove them to convey a message in both Spanish and English in the future. Unless any English-speaking caller wants to deal with getting past the first hurdle of understanding what they're saying in the first place, I would suggest you look elsewhere. One can only imagine what the end result of your pricey flower arrangement would look like, considering the language barrier. They're shooting themselves in the foot, as this pushes away potential revenue for them. I am certain a small business would want to make money from all walks of life, no?? That doesn't seem to be the case here. Oh well, there are scads of good florists that I can find elsewhere.

Getting to shop for each flower makes buying flowers such an intentional experience. The staff is always sweet and kind and hot to help.
