During the appointment, I noticed the technician's hands were very unsteady, and it made me nervous because she seemed to have trouble keeping control while working on my nails. The final result was uneven and sloppy, and I ended up leaving feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. She didn't even bother cleaning the black nail polish residue on my fingers. One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. Not only have my family and I been coming here for over 4 years and today was the worst. Came in with mom and sister. Appointment made even tho walk in welcomed. Mom and sister were sat getting mani and pedi, while I was made to wait. First person got sat before me. Second person got sat. I said something and after the third person. Was sat at a chair. Still waited for another 30 mins on top of the hour already waiting. Was then pretty much told that they were about to close that if I could come back or if I wanted to wait it would be another 30 mins. And they would have to stay late for me, my mom hadn't even gotten her mani done and my sister were still waiting for her mani. I was definitely discriminated against. Place is a total joke. Plus you can tell that they reuse the tools that are meant to be a once time use. Just can't believe that they discriminated against me just cause they don't wanna do "mens" toes. She was complaining bc my nails are too small for a mani, once she did them she literally got paint all over my nail bed when it should be clean, I've never had this experience w any other nail salon they had the audacity to complain when I asked her too take them to take it off, if your such a professional you would know how to handle situations like that or even have to pain nails correctly!! I've been here before a few times for pedicures and they're okay. But this time I went in for GEL-X nails since how could that go wrong... the poster says $45 for nails but I got charged $55.. the lady was very nice and said if I had issues I could go back but I'd rather not... they don't look done professionally I could've done this at home with a kit. One of the nail she used is smaller than my actual nails as you can see it looks weird.. they're nice people but I personally wouldn't go back to get another set.. [UPDATE] 3 days later all the nails are lifting and 2 fell off.... Save your money and just do some KISS press ons.. it's not worth $55 +$5 tip.. DO NOT LET VIVIAN DO YOUR ACRYLIC FULL SET!! I came in knowing the shape and color i wanted, but left with the opposite! I'm such a understanding person but Vivian was not. I NICELY and QUIELY was telling her i wasn't liking the shape. She let me know that because i bite my own nails that that's why the shape was off. she filed so rough and hard that my fingers were sore the next day. she saw that i was unhappy and did nothing. i legit left crying because i was so mad and upset. This is the worst/painful experienced ever just for a MANICURE!!! I never ever experienced this before that I wonder if the nail tech is even licensed by the board. I got cut multiples time and she made a comment "don't be sad, when I get my nails done at other spa, they cut me all the time". I was in disbelief, she made that comment while I'm trying to keep my calm. (Which I did the entire time) She also has rough hands, which I told her because she left marks on one of my fingers. I told the nail tech, you're hand is rough and you need to be gentle. (I even showed her the mark she was leaving) She tells me "i have long nails". I'm debating to report this to boarding because this is the worst/painful experienced ever. This spa needs to be investigated if they're hiring licensed nails techs. I understand there's time accident happens, but this is way beyond an accident. She was so inexperienced. I didn't get her name, but lots of nails spa goes by fake names. Yes, I still paid full price $28 after that horrible experience. I also told the manager/ owner and she told me "I'm sorry, next time you need to let me know right away". Now, it's not quality work. My daughter had her first set of acrylic nails done by new owner. My daughter showed her a pic of the nail set and color/design she wanted. So my usual has always been the same #2 which include gel pedi 5 min massage with hot rocks callius removal and I always get on my fat toes powder so my nail doesn't break. They only get one star for Kim and the owners wife (I don't remember her name) they are heaven sent and always so nice. But today I dropped my mom off to do her pedicure with Kim no issues always a pleasure. Once Hanna started to do her nails is where the problems started. Long story short she threw the gel nail polish samples at my mom (my mom doesn't not speak English well but she understands most things) and told her the blue color she chose was for young people not people her age. I was on the phone with my mom (on her AirPod) when I heard that and immediately headed to her. When I spoke to the male owner he was very dismissive and said he will speak to her but I told him I would wait so I can be present during that conversation once she came out of course deny deny deny and told me whatever and walked away. Names where called and he said he would review the cameras at the end I told the male owner I was not going to sit there and argue the point is my mother was paying for their services not their opinions if she wants a bright orange color then paint her nails the bright orange! And if Hanna was not going to treat customers with respect she shouldn't be working with people.
