Worst pedicure ever tried giving this place a second chance but never again. The older gentleman is the worst for pedicures. I asked if I could get my in-grown taken out and all he did was cut the tip. He asked me several times...better... and I told him several times no when he would press on my toes....after telling the gentleman several times I just gave up. My nail still had alot of cleaning to do around it and he started painting them. One big toe he left round shaped and the other squared. When I went to pay I explained to the other gentleman this is not a pedicure and he didnt even cut me in-grown, the gentleman responded why didnt you tell him...I responded I DID SEVERAL TIMES....he then responded o you know what we dont cut in-grown toes in this salon...I could not believe at this time his response...NEVER EVER have a heard a nail salon doing pedicures and they dont cut in-growns. He then went on to say if you didnt like it come back and speak to the manager and still charged me full price. Great salon! Open on sundays from 12:30-5:30 pm. They were a bit short staffed today so the wait was a bit long but overall provided great service! They have a bundle package of mani/pedi for $25 all together making it really affordable for my niece and I on a tight budget this week! They have a great variety of polishes and types. Paint job was done a bit weird on the place so you can tell it was rushed to possibly open. My only concern is that I don't see any place in here where they actually sanitize the tools. So that maybe an issue. Because I'm seeing reused nail files. The owner was very rough on my toes but she overall fixed my broken cuticles on my feet and made them a lot healthier. I desperately needed to get a fill for my nails and decided to just go the closest place to home, not really expecting much because the last time I went to a nail salon they messed me up real good. Richard was pretty busy, he said he had two clients before me so I waited, after finishing his second client he said another client changed her mind and wanted acrylic nails, not a manicure. He asked if I wouldn't mind waiting, so I waited because I needed it so desperately. I guess he's the only one who does acrylic or fills because there were other girls also just waiting for him. It was SO worth the 45min wait, he fixed my nails from their awkward shape to the coffin shape I wanted originally (this other place really did a number on me). I love going to nail shops but only because I am vietnamese and I could understand everything they're saying about everyone withour them knowing that I could understand. Although they said my voice was annoying and that my bf's feet were too big, they did an excellent job! I got the regular spa pedicure but they said during the holidays they add the sea salt scrub in for free. The sea salt scrub left my legs and feet feeling super soft. They didn't have that many options in colors for your nails but I managed to pick one that I was at least okay with. read more

Do i have to give them a star??!!!! I mean its a miracle my toe is not falling off at this precise moment! I went in to get a mani pedi. on 03/14/16, went in waited 45 mins to finally get on a chair. I said that's fine its going to be good, I mean Ive been here a few times I know the wait, no biggie. Sit in the pedicure chair and wait 30 mins to get Somebody to come do my toes. Finally Heydi comes over from just doing another clients toes, I seen her grab the tools that she was using with her other client and she put them in the barbicide. Put i noticed that she keeped one tool on her hand, she must of grabbed it out the barbicide jar, not entirely sure. so she uses the tool on my big toe on my right foot, and starts jabbing it in there! i told her your hurting me, she said " oh no its fine" no it wasn't fine I was in pain!!! She still jabbed it, i told her the same thing she gave me this bullshit answer of your toe is dirty, blah blah. I said alright shes the proffesional she knows what she's doing. Well sure enough this older lady comes over and does my toes. i got my hand done and left. So later that night my toe is still hurting, the next day the same. A day after my toe is swollen, I freaked and went to the hospital sure enough I had a toe infection!!! I went back to the nail salon and spoke to Heydi, i pulled her to the side, she told me to do an epson salt foot soak because that would help. She did not even offer to give me back any money! She asked me what antibiotics have i received from my dr. I told her and she tells me its better to just by my own tools and bring them in, so when its time to get a pedicure i would just take my tools. it has been 3 weeks since this encounter and my toe is still swollen. I finished my antibiotics so I will be going back to the Dr. because its not normal for my toe to still hurt and be swollen.!!!! I will never go back! I'm so upset that she didn't even try to remedy the situation! read more

My sister and I went in a couple of days ago and got a full set and pedis. The pedicures were great but when it came to Richard doing are nails he was rushing even though it was empty but he sure had time to watch the tv. He didn't ask my sister what shape she wanted he just assumed she wanted them squared. When he sanded down our nails he made us extend our hands and SMACKED OUR HANDS WITH THE TOWEL to get the access off. He could have easily wiped them off instead! It really pissed me off. I decided to get a gel manicure to make my nails look more polished and professional at work. I feel that the process was really rushed and it the quality of the manicure was not worth the price. My manicure was just so bulky because of the layers of gel polish. The edges were completely messy and Hardly covered with the nail polish and it just made my nails look super cheap and tacky. My gel polish lasted one day and the next day at work my gel polish slid off my thumb nail like paper. It was so embarrassing. Especially because I didn't do much work with my hands. I went for a nail polish change on my gel nails since it is a hassle to remove it myself. I waited a reasonable amount of time and was sat down by Heidy but she got up and had some older technician (who had just finished a pedicure .. and literally started filing my nails, she was told to use the hand drill and couldn't even handle that, cut me several times. She finally finish taking the old gel nail polish and then struggled to find the color I had picked, finally "found it" and it wasn't what I had picked..at this point I was so fed up that I didn't say a word.
