Let me tell you -- I think the therapist (Melissa) found stress I'd been storing since 2014 and politely escorted it out of my body. By the end I was so relaxed, I'm pretty sure I forgot most of my responsibilities and possibly my middle name. The atmosphere is so serene it should come with a warning: "May cause spontaneous napping, soul recalibration, or the sudden belief that you deserve nice things."
