I brought a returning customer who is a client of mine to their nail salon. This client is on HOSPICE and wanted to get her nails done. It was already a struggle for her to get her electric chair thru the door. They watched us struggle for 5 minutes and once we were in they said they would not do her nails. The lady said she didn't have time to do them. The gentleman who did them the time before said it took to long the last time and didn't want to hurt her. This client had a stroke and her right hand side is very sensitive. I wish they would have mentioned this before we struggled getting thru the door. The time before they refused to wax her. Do not recommend for people with disabilities. She had went to them even when they were in the mall. I understand being hesitant bc of her disability. I just wished when they saw us they would have stopped us before trying to enter. My clients feelings were hurt bc she had always tried to support them. read more

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible....I don't even know where to begin. I know some people hate reading long reviews but if you are considering this place please read this review before going to this business. My sister in law and I walk in to get two basic manicures. After picking our colors, this sit us on opposite sides of room. A man, the owner I believe, sits my sister in law down, and pulls out an old nail bit with nasty nail residue on from other people. My sister in law politely asks for a new one. The man reaches into a bag pull of old nail bits and pulls another used one out. My sister in law points that out. He said he's not doing her nails and tells her to get up. My sister in law, stunned comes over and sits next to me. Meanwhile. The lady doing my nails- mind you on a nail dust cover grimy desk that she never whipped down - quickly files down my nails. She then quickly glued the fake nails to my nails. Not sizing them right. Many of my nails have gaps..not putting a base coat on or anything to protect my nails from the harsh glue. After gluing she gets the powder out and starts shaping them. She then puts my nails under the UV light with no timer. My hands start to burn...I pull them out. She tells me to put them back in. My sister in law steps in and tell her that she could really hurt me. She sprays some water on them and tell me I just have weak nail beds. Does the same thing to the other hand. She then pulls out an old wrinkled nail file that's absolutely discussing. I ask nicely for a new one. She tells me that if she used a new one it will hurt me. I tell her that I'd just rather her use a new one..she then pulls my hands really aggressively and starts filing with the new one. I had originally picked out colors but at this point I just wanted to why out of there. So I ask if she could please just give me a clear coat. She says okay. And then proceeds to paint my nails with color. I stop her and she starts to do the clear coat. My nails our horrible. The shape is not so bad, but my hands hurt, there is a bunch of stuff under my nails, bubbles in my nails from dust, they don't fit my nails right, and there is absolutely no apex. We get to the front, and I ask for a little bit of a discount because these are so bad. She starts to scream at me when I point out what's wrongs....and she says it's my natural nails and she can't fix it. She calls the man over, the owner, and my sister in law speaks up saying that we will pay that we just want a little discount...and they starts saying we have to pay we have to pay. At this point the owner puts his hands on my sister in law and pushes her to get out. She's in shock and says she's staying with me. He starts yelling to get out of his business. She steps out and had actually been recoding all this. She tells him this and he freaks out. He tried to sit me down so he can fix my nails but I didn't want him to touch me. Not after what he just did. He called the security and my sister in law called the cops.... but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I paid and we left. I can't even begin to describe how absolutely horrible it all was. They were rude and just cared about being paid, not that they messed up and were gross. Please be careful when going here, It's not safe, if they cut your nails with those used utensils you could get life threatening illnesses. I hope everyone has a better experience at this establishment, or I hope you just don't go. If I could give them 0 I would . Nail shape was horrible and left nail residue all underneath my nails . All my nails are different shapes and are very thick. Asked for a refund or a new set but was told they looked fine and it my natural nail that made it look the way it did which is CLEARLY false . The dirtiest Nail Salon I have ever experienced. It was all I could do not to say, "I can see you are having a hard day, so you go rest and I'm going to go now" to my technician. No one is keeping this place up. It seems like a year or 3 of nasty Nail dust, dirt, fungus is lying on top of everything. I was handled so abrasively that I had to ask her to not beat on my legs and hands. Please a bit more gentle I said over and over. The floor was so dogusting with hair etc I was trying not to be Sick. After discussion with my Therapist lol about the awful experience of the opposite of a 'spa' experience, she educated me on slavery that happens here in nail salons. It's a huge thing so many she my technician was a part of this terrible thing? I don't see any other excuse for how terribly uncomfortable I was. I will never return. So so sorry plus they charged me $20 for a natural hand manicure. It's $10 elsewhere. File & clean up ends of Nails.. $20??? With the 30 min led being $30? Pedi price is good. She wouldn't take me saying anything like to please file so no sharp edges or pointing out how she filed some nails lopsided. No no no do not go here. Also using dirty used files on my toes. I was just trying not to come off as that crazy Karen but I wanted to say 'please file in one direction only like I've always done since I was a little girl and is healthiest for the nail". And the file was so nasty but I just couldn't say anything bc she didn't give an inviting space for open communication. Such a bad mood and banging on my legs I had to ask her to stop. read more

I went after work and waited 30 mins to be seen and a white couple came in after I had been there 30 minutes and they took them first. I have very brown skin and felt like I was the wrong color. When I got up to leave the owner raised his voice and said well we are busy I said I have been waiting but no worries I will never be back. I am big on tipping and after being a loyal customer for 4 years I was very offended. My family will never go back or spend money here. read more

I come to this salon and get my nails done mostly every two weeks. I am disappointed when I see the review from the two sister Trin M and Sarah M, they came on one of their slowly days and they covered their whole face and , with hidden camera on their tshirt. I don't know what the purpose for that. They came with untrusty attitude, they asked for new drill bit and they used the new one for them. The color of those drill bit are just like that because the sandy one easy to cut and hurt people especially the people who have a weak nail bed. The state board came before and check it with no problem. They just want to destroy our nail salon or something. They asked for discount and won't pay if the techniques don't give any discount. That's why the owner called the police, not even the security office inside the mall. Nowadays, covid destroy most of the business and people don't come out much to get it done. Customers might be important but those types of customer who always come to make trouble and problems like that, no one want to serve because everyone is human, there are no right to serve people who treat the server badly. read more
