Mike and everyone that helped us at Future were so kind and pleasant. We were having a terrible day (my birthday ) and our car ended up totaled, but their customer service really took the edge off (even when AAA lost our car with all our stuff in it!) The lot is small but the office and waiting area are very clean and comfortable. They even have the necessities (cold water and hot coffee) while you wait. I brought my Mercedes 350 here for a coolant leak repair. I had never had an issue with my vehicle smoking before. Three days after their repair, my car began smoking. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the owner immediately tried to blame the mileage of my vehicle. I had to chase the owner down repeatedly to get answers. Mike was nice and helpful, but the communication from the owner was extremely poor. I gave them several opportunities to make things right, including reimbursing me for the expenses I incurred and having to tow my vehicle over an hour back to their shop. Instead, I was repeatedly referred to a warranty company. Regardless of the warranty process, I should not have been left out of pocket for additional expenses resulting from work performed by their shop. No customer should have to incur hundreds of dollars in additional costs because of a repair that was just performed. The lack of accountability, communication, and willingness to resolve the financial impact of the situation was extremely disappointing. I would not use this shop again. read more

Pure class! Found out my key fob battery died when I got in my car and didn't detect the key. I start my day pretty early.. so thankfully future auto was open before 8am on NYE of all days while the majority of then shops around here don't open until 9 or 10am. Pretty sure these guys saved me more than a few hundred or thousand dollars. My Chrysler 200 couldn't pass my Smog Test do to a EVAP leak (and a few other codes). And, I was also worried about a rough transmission maybe driving up the costs. After talking to Tiko, he advised for the cheapest solution (Gas cap) and then taking things from there for any other codes showed up. It worked! My insurance sent my car to this location around November 17th. It has been nearly an entire month, and I have still not received my vehicle. Multiple texts for updates have gone unanswered, and only occasionally do I receive updates from them directly; often having to call them myself for information. While polite, the technician handling my vehicle is either woefully incompetent at his job, or exclusively works with other woefully incompetent parts suppliers. When I do call to ask for updates, I'm often told that the technician "will make a phone call and get back to me," and then fully leave me in the dark for several hours or even days. Nearly every week I received the same information. Something along the lines of "We have all but 1 part, [Technician] has ordered the part." or "We have all but 1 part, but the part arrived was incorrect and needs to be reordered." One phone call I was told that all the parts had arrived, but the wheel was the wrong color. When I replied that I didn't care if the wheel was the wrong color, as long as it got repaired, I was ignored and made to wait for several days again for the replacement part. With the amount of repeated ordering and reordering of parts, the lack of information or timeline, and constant need for "just one more part," I'm starting to suspect either incredible incompetence, severe negligence, or legal misconduct. As nice as the facilities are, as personable the employees are, nothing can make up for the fact that they are incapable of completing a relatively straightforward repair with any degree of urgency. Never once had I felt like my repair was in any way a priority, even after nearly 4 straight weeks of needing a repair that, aside from that ever-elusive "last part" was ready to go in less than 2. I hope whoever reads this heeds my warning to avoid this service establishment like the plague. read more

Came here because I was told from my local Honda dealer about an issue with a broken wiper fluid bottle and the line that feeds into the bottle. Came here for a second opinion, as I was quoted from Honda that it'd cost $400 to fix. My technician, Henry, was very informative and in fact, the wiper fluid bottle and the line were all fine! He even topped off the wiper fluid bottle and my windshield wiper was working all over again! There was no leaks or any damage to the fluid bottle.
