No advanced notice about this and although it is a small amount, it makes more sense for the dental office business to pay than the individual customer. When calling in to discuss, the front desk was acting as if it was not new and had been this way all along. Clearly their management did not educate them on this. Dentures are an option your insurance might cover but there's a reason you pay for these. I had to have teeth removed, and my posts implanted. They do put a set of teeth on the first day but that's not your final set. That would be ridiculous because your gums are swollen and things will be different after you heal. They've always been respectful of my time and d listened to everything I've asked for as far as aesthetics go. My only problem is they only go as light as the lightest natural shade of teeth, which is very nice and white, but I wish I could have mine a bit brighter. I know they make brighter colors (I had one used in previous dental work) but apparently they don't use them. But the b1 still looks nice. The office is very nice, and for the days you have long appointments (when they're making your teeth, etc... they have private waiting rooms with cable TV, comfy chairs, a DVD player and snacks and drinks, for you if you're allowed (you do a soft diet for about 4 months) or your guest. The day of surgery was about 6 hours and your driver has to stay but they are allowed use of your room while you're in surgery. Since I've had my temps I have chipped a couple bottom teeth. They fixed them and did a slight correction on the angle they were at and I've had no problems since. They were able to get me in quickly to fix it even though I wasn't in pain, just had a little chip. The office and dental staff are top notch and knowledgeable. I'll update as I continue the process.

They always make me relaxed and calm, and they do everything possible not to let me feel pain. They are so conscious of the human aspect of pain, that I don't feel pain when they are working on me. I have implants in the bottom. I have been in the office numerous times. Originally I was told I didn't have bone on top so couldn't have implants. That changed last fall they now said I could have implants on the top I. Also was given a huge overbite that I didn't have, they would not do anything about the teeth that didn't fit. In the meantime I have gone to another implant business and was told the tops are way to big (which what I complained about). I was told I have bone on the top. Because I can not live with the teeth I was given I now have to replace them. That was $. 25,000 down the drain. Stay away from this place and read all of the reviews which I had not done.
