My husband and I thought she was very professional and experienced since she was considered one of the listed vendors at our venue. I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. If I could give Jackie more than 5 stars, I would! She was the best impromptu decision I've made throughout our entire wedding process. The week before you can finalize the decoration but this meeting was a bit stressful as it looks like Oasis is busy and there are a lot of workers doing multiple hats. On the day of the wedding, luckily since no other party was happening beside us we got a larger hall for free of charge. It made a big difference to the space. Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. Because she worked so closely with our hotel she was able to help us contact the hotel. All the floral arrangements were beautiful,the tables set up were beautiful and the fixtures that we had like the canopy and the uplights were gorgeous. She was also there at our cotillion making sure everything ran smoothly. There was just one problem that I didn't like, I know for cotillions youre usually suppose to do slide shows as a special section for everyone to watch, but as someone who has gone to many debuts and cotillions, my sister and I specifically wanted it during dinner as the guest while they ate, because slideshows to us wasnt a big deal, we wanted it, but not something to take special time out of and do as a separate event.
