Ambiance (4/5): Relatively small for a brewery, but your typical chill, brewery vibes. They have some seats at the bar, some high tops, and a small patio. We sat out on the patio since the weather was nice. The seats out there are a bit uncomfortable, but we couldn't pass up on patio weather. They have free water in the corner which is always a plus so you don't have to wait in line. Service (5/5): The bartender working was super nice. It's always appreciated when servers go above and beyond in providing a great experience. He was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I couldn't have asked for more in my service experience at Goldwater. He exceeded my expectations. Food (N/A): I already ate previously so no food for me. There was a Mexican food truck in the parking lot. Drinks (4/5): I love trying local brews. At breweries, I typically get a flight so I can try out a variety of beers. This time though, I went with a pint. I couldn't say no to the Sour Rangers. I grew up watching the Power Rangers, so that was all the motivation I needed. An added bonus was that this beer is a sour. Not something you have every day, nor a style of beer that you come across very often. So I had to take advantage of the opportunity. Goldwater has indoor and outdoor seating options. It was a warm day so we sat inside at the hi-top. I didn't see food options available but it is located next to a few restaurants. My husband and friend enjoyed their beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I was happy to see a cooler with wine and other options such as white claw, etc. the beer was poured directly from the fermenter tank. The staff were very friendly and explained they had to open the wine bottle and make the first pour which was fine with me. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

You're not in wine country, so you won't have scenic views, but it is a nice place to have some wine. We sat at some high tops close to the bar. Service (4/5): Friendly service. If you're doing a wine tasting, they'll tell you a little bit about each wine. Food (N/A): We were on a liquid diet during this visit. Drinks (4/5): The Wine Collective participates in the Scottsdale Wine Walk along with five other wineries in Old Town. You can get a passport at any of the locations for $5 and then you'll receive a discount off of flights at each. You also get a stamp upon completing your mission at each spot. They only had one passport left, so luckily I was able to start the challenge. They have several different flights, more than just your standard red or white, including one where they will customize the flight based on your preferences. Pretty awesome and not something I see at a lot of wineries. All of the wines we sampled were solid. I'd return! Now I just need to complete the Wine Walk. It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Variety is a 10/10, liquor, ciders, wine, swag, bar accessories, etc. After several samples I knew I needed food, we headed to their patio and ordered pizza. I had the mushroom with light cheese. It came out fast and was very good, the bite on that crust was perfect, the ingredients tasted fresh. My friends had the margarita pizza and they said there's was also delicious, some of the best pizza they've had. They had games on the patio and plenty of seating. However, the service from our waitress was very disappointing. My husband, grandson, and I were dining, and since we had our grandson with us it was getting late. When she brought the bill, we tried to hand her our payment method, but she completely ignored us and walked away. It wasn't busy enough to excuse that, and she never acknowledged our request. Again, the food was great as usual, but the customer service tonight was very disappointing.
