I came here last minute to get a pedicure and my little sister. They got us in very last minute and I am so grateful! they close at 7:30 and let us get in a little after 7. If I could give this nail salon negative stars I damn sure would! Absolute worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. To start off, it took them 2 hours to do one pedicure. One of my big toes is round and the other is square. The paint job is horrendous... there are bumps all in the paint and paint all over the sides as well. Not to mention whatever they rubbed on my legs left my legs itching and burning on fire. When I made the owner aware of how terrible of a job that was done he didn't have one bit of concern. I did not have anymore time to spend there, considering it had already been 2 hours that I was there. When checking out there was only a discount of $5 and not one bit of consideration to how horrible of a job they had just done. Not to mention the owner was very disrespectful and rude. I will never be returning to this place again and I will let everyone around me know to not step one foot in that place. read more

Since it's COVID times they are having everyone call and make appointments. Both staff and customers have to wear masks. Once you walk in you go wash your hands, then pick a color, and then relax. Really like the staff here and they've always been clean. read more

Had the best experience there today! Got dip and tips and they look beautiful. My technician, V, was so attentive and sweet. She reminded me multiple times if I wanted anything changed or different to let her know and she would do whatever I wanted. She was very careful to make my nails perfect. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. We had an appointment for two people. My manicurist rushed me and I didn't feel pampered or relaxed when she finished. My sister was scheduled for a mani-pedi at the same time and she was scheduled with the owner. He was running late and after waiting 45 minutes my sister cancelled and left. The owner should have told my sister he was running late and he should have asked another manicurist to tend to her. He lost two customers. We will not be back! read more

Great experience! My mom and I came just because but it was great. Paid $45 for a gel shellac manicure. Hers was $25 for a regular polish French manicure and both need no touching up. Great job. My tech was named Dean and he was very friendly. Recommend coming here and asking for him! read more

I have to say that I have been here two times. The first time was good , not great just good. The second time however was just plain awful. They could have cared less that you were actually spending money at their business. The technicians were not very courteous, went way too fast and did not even do everything they were supposed to for a regular spa pedi. The place looked dirty and not very well maintained. I decided to stop by today to get a shellac manicure. I only live a few blocks away and can't help but see the signs saying 'under new management!' I stopped by to try them out. It was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. My nail tech was rude, I tried small conversation, but wasn't getting anywhere, after sitting 45 minutes in silence, my fingers burning from being filed entirely way to much, (and bleeding) my nails were done. The manager ( who was a very sweet woman) looked at my nails, I pointed out the flaws.. She said that it was the polish and not the tech. She offered to fix one or two of them that just looked completely awful! I said 'if it's the polish, how is she going to fix it?' The manager then asked me to pick out another polish and have them redone. I sat down in the chair one last time, the nail tech even more rude than before. I wasn't able to even establish eye contact. She stuck my hands in nail polish remover to get the shellac off from before. I want you to imagine having open wounds and squeezing jalapeño juice into them. That's how my raw nail beds felt in that nail polish remover. I had to keep them in the remover for a good ten minutes. I complained of pain, but she just kept to herself. After she managed to get the old shellac off she rushed my new manicure, I didn't even get a 'top coat' on my left hand. She did however file more though.. My fingers are still throbbing as I type this, and my nails are so short they are extremely sensitive. After all was said and done, I still ended up paying $40 for my manicure that was only half done. What a waste of $40 and two and a half hours of my life. I uploaded a picture of the nails I received, and they expected me to walk out of there with. As you can tell by the pictures my nails are swollen and red. I hope you think twice before going to this nail salon! read more

I wish I could transport this place to Austin... I try to make time to get my nails done here if I have time on my trips to Lubbock. Ive been 4 times and been very happy everytime. Ive had different people each time and they've all been good. Im not necessarily picky but I do have certain requests that tend to be out of the norm aparently...they dont question me, they just do what I say AND they do it well! Thanks Rockstar! read more

Attended a private party in the back room for a business meeting. After the person who booked it paid AND left a hefty tip, one if the girls came in and tried to guilt us into more money/indicating that they had been shorted. The only thing Rock star about this place is the staff's crappy attitude. Will never go here again! read more
