Im came in today for a manicure and to have my toe nails painted. I have been here several times and really enjoyed mu experience. However, my experience today was not pleasant and I am on the verge of tears. I had a nail tech named Susan that was not very nice at all. She was really rough with me and cut me several times. I understand these thinga happen from time to time and can deal with it. She kept filing a nail that I informed her she waa hurting and rolled eyes and put some sort of green solution on it. I then heard her speak to her co-workers on how I was being a complainer and states awwwe ehhh. She proceeded to paint my toe nails trying to bend my knees under the nail table to a position they would not move to and was hurting me again. She finished painting my toe nails and only put a clear coat om one toe. When I asked her if she was to going to put a coat on all my toes she said she did and stood up and got loud in front of everyone. I was so embarrased!!! I do not like confrontation and paid and left. I felt like I was a bother and they did not need or want me there. Getting your nails is not a cheap expense I just feel horrible about it all and my nails look terrible. I have always recommended this nail salon and when friends said they wernt good I did not believe them....I do now and I guess maybe its time to find another salon. I will reach out to the owner when she returns just to let her know. All I wanted to do was get my stinking nails done...smh read more

Completely dissatisfied with my gel manicure. I asked for my nails to be shorten a little bit but they were filled all the way down and many are filled at a slant.I now have concave nails with the other edges raised and so pointed that I have scratched myself many times and snagged my clothing. There is a far amount of gel attached to my skin around the edges and about a weeks worth of growth space at the cuticle. Definitely not what I asked for. I'm hoping when I call the salon tomorrow I can get a refund. read more

My mani/pedi were good. Prices good and they include one free nail art with that. Place was super busy but I didn't have to wait long. HOWEVER, place was dirty. I want to believe that is because it was a the end of the day, but they really should have someone sweep up during the day, place was littered with fake nails on floor. Also, I wasn' sure if they changed the towels at the nail stations, they did at the pedicure. I would go again, but early in the day. If it had been clean, it would have gotten 5 stars, they nail art they do on acrylics or shellac or on plain polish is gorgeous. read more

Customer service is the worst. I make appointments to come in and out and they don't care if you make an appointment they make you wait. I've came in at 5 when my appointment was and they said 30-40 minutes so I came back within an hour and started to help other customers. Service is horrible. Never going back. read more

This place is horrible. They put my hands in a bowl of acetone for almost an hour and I now have a. Blister on my finger. Tried to call the shop and speak to the owner she was not there they would not give me her number and would not have the owner call me. Said we would have to go there to talk to her. Very very rude. My mother gets her nails done and they put the wrong color on and then argues with her about the color. I will be calling the barber and cosmetology licensing board to report them on the acetone mess. I will never recommend this place read more

If I could give this place a negative five star I WOULD!!! I have been waiting for two years to get a pedicure. I don't think I need to explain how much dead skin I have on my feet. I can paint my own damn toes!!!! It was the dead skin I wanted them to remove. First off the lady acted like she didn't understand when I told her I want the hot wax pedicure. Not the fucking deluxe!!!!! I should've stood up and left then. But I had finally gotten a babysitter and didn't have time to go somewhere else. Then when she was massaging me, I had to ask her several times not to run her nails up and down my legs!!! Who massages that way anyway?????? I also told her I had a bruise on top of my right foot from my daughter dropping my cellphone on top of it. Did she listen??? No! She massaged over the top of it repeatedly! All of that could be forgiven if I didn't walk out with the same amount of dead skin I my feet as when I went in! Honestly I don't know how these ppl have so much business! Just left the nail salon and came out with my feet in the same condition as when i walked in. My nail technician was in such a hurry she didn't finish her job, nails uneven, i still have dry skin on the bottoms of my feet and around my toes. I literally could have done a better job at my house which i will do now. Horrible, horrible, horrible. The owner was to concerned about showing off her new clothes then worrying about her upset customers!!!!!! No apologies! Im getting my money back. Please please do not waste your money!!! Horrible place. I paid for a Mani/Pedi shellac and it came out so bad. My cuticles were still all messed up the polish was so in even. I they did a good job on the nails it just very busy on the weekends. They do free designs and they good. I would not get the pedicure with a message because they don't really give you a message they just put lotion and then scratch it not hard it just doesn't feel like anything not good or bad. ALSO if a nail from my full set breaks I can go back and they fix it for free. read more

I used to come to this salon all the time. They had great prices and amazing service. I recently came in to get a gel manicure. I had to specify to the lady helping me more than 4 times I did not want a acrylic set of nails. Even after all of that she took the drill and started going down my nails and I asked her if she was just filing them or if this is a normal part of the gel manicure. She assured me that she was just filing but right after she started attaching the nail tips for acrylics. I then again told her I did not want acrylic nails and if she can please stop and not attach them. She became really rude and told me I need to be more specific with what I want after I already told her at least 5 times that I needed just a gel manicure. Even all the way at the end the Polish Was done poorly and I felt like she was rushing me out the door. I don't know if this was the one lady helping me in particular but I will not be returning to the salon because Of this experience and I will no longer be Recommending people to come to this salon. read more

I have had acrylic nails for about 10 years and never had a problem. I have been coming here for about 2 months. I now have a fungus on 3 of my finger nails and two nails lifted and came off within 10 days of getting a rebase!!!! The place is not clean either and every time I came I wondered about that. I have been going here for about a year. I make appointments in advance so I shouldn't have to wait. What really upsets me though is even with an appointment she will slip another customer in my place and make my wait even longer. I will give them 1 more try and if it happens again I will be done. I stopped in on a sunday afternoon for a pedicure. I paid $30 for a deluxe pedicure and found it to be comparable with others. paraffin, extra massage time, exfoliation, callus removal and hot towels. The massage chair wasn't the largest/biggest/best I've sat in before, but it was really quite strong and aggressive, which i like. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. She did a good job, they have plenty of polish to choose from and it was pretty quiet while I was there. I'll definitely return. read more

I made an appointment here for a Shellac manicure because they were the only place I could get an appointment early on a Sunday, which is great, but when I showed up for my appointment they made me wait 15 minutes. I made two appointments, one for me and one for a friend, and they started and finished our manicures at different times and we weren't able to sit next to each other. The guy doing my nails was very friendly and spoke ok English. He was very personable. He was very detail-oriented and repainted a couple of my nails to get them perfect, which I appreciated. My friend wasn't as happy with how her manicure turned out. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Just had my nails done on Tuesday with a friend, nothing fancy, just a mani/pedi-no shellac. I had a 6:30 appointment but was never served until 7 (I was even there 10 mins early)--This is besides the point. Toes look great except the design that she added looks a little cheap. My finger nails, though, I could not be MORE DISAPPOINTED!! I have been coming here maybe twice a year for the past 3 years-as a treat, and I have always found them to be good, but this time, my finger nails look like my 10 year old neighbor painted them. I went back today to have them fixed and I tried to explain that the color coverage was decent, but the top coat coverage was terrible which when dry, creates lines which makes it look like she just painted over old nail polish with new nail polish. I don't know if she just didn't listen or what, but my nails the second time around probably look worse than before. I wish I would have noticed when I originally paid, but my nails were not fully dry, otherwise I would not have tipped her 33% of my bill. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED-I WILL NOT BE BACK. BEWARE OF SHORT GIRL WITH SHORT HAIR-she will do a SHITTY job on your nails. The lady didn't seem to care about my nails her main focus was getting me out of there. She was in such a hurry my acrylic was so thick and does not look good what so ever. The prices and quality are unbeatable in my opinion and every time I show them a design they can do it or something very similar. The nail techs are always really sweet and the owner Wei is amazing. I took my daughter to get her nails done and I got a mani-pedi, my daughter had gotten up to walk around she didn't have flip flops, only her sneakers ( they did not offer her the cheap throw away flip flops, I had to ask for a pair before we left) so she walks around to get something and then looked at the bottom of her feet and commented how dirty her feet were from the floor. And then I was repeatedly tried to be up- sold after I said multiple times I do not like shellac and the nail technician asked me why I don't like shellac, and I just said I can't use it. And then what seemed to be all the salon employees were having a conversation with each other( of about 10 people) all being loud all laughing from one end of the salon to the other, it was completely unprofessional. And to top it all off half an hour after our services my daughter's nail polish literally peeled off and she was only eating lunch not doing anything strenuous. We will never return to the salon. Best place to get your nails done. They are always very busy, but that shows how good they are! Designs on my nails are always amazing and for the price it's unbelievable! I get so many compliments. I have gone to other places before and I have had to come to this place for them to fix my nails. I will not go anywhere else! Staff is extremely nice and they want to see you walk out happy. They have zero concept of time. Every time I make an appointment I still end up waiting 30-40 min, usually the same amount of time a walk in waits. I keep going because the location is convenient and I try to give 2nd chances. My mistake after the 5th or 6th chance. I also usually have to go home and reshape my acrylics myself because they are SO uneven. If I try to point out the mistakes they just nod their head and keep working without fixing. DO NOT GO HERE. I was in need of a fill, and I was in the area so I went today and my nails haven't looked this bad EVER. I asked for just a small amount off of my length, and she shaved them all the way down. She was also more so concerned about gossiping with her coworkers than she was worrying about the shape and thickness of my acrylics. Tried this place bc it was in an area I frequently run errands....The place is dirty and I got an unfinished manicure. There is polish all over the walls, work areas are dirty and they clearly reuse materials....the nail tech pulled the top of the lotion spout off and took lotion from the stem to apply it to my hands (I declined the lotion from a contaminated bottle). Interesting fact: nail salons are not supposed to reuse files unless they can be sanitized (porous surfaces cannot be sanitized properly...did you know that?)... I chose a dark polish and she rushed through my manicure so much that the polish was uneven, didn't wrap the tips of my nails so they're rough and look unfinished. I should have known what experience this would be by the looks of the waiting area and that she removed my previous manicure (not done here) with a drill instead of soaking off. Needles to say will not be returning! read more

Wow this place is a mess! Went in around a month who for a rebase the place was so busy that the owner or manager who was doing my nails had got up around 15 times to direct walkins to other nail technicians answer every phone call that my nails looked horrible!! I didn't even have them polish cause I needed to go home and file and shape myself. Owner or manager even told me "sorry" as I walked out. Well I went back just now to get a rebase and a new nail that was broken and the lady kept trying to upsell me Shellac over my acrylics! I said no, just want a rebase and she walked away from be speaking to others in her language, I got up and walked out ! I used to love this place and was very happy not anymore. There seem to be scattered reviews of this place so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. I got a mani/pedi and should have left before the mani happened since the pedi was awful and rushed - every pedicure I've gotten they ask me to soak my feet so the cuticles and extra skin come off easier, my feet soaked for about 10 seconds before she started working - my pedi took about 10 minutes most of which was massaging. I'm not against massaging but I get pedicures for my toes and to get all the extra cuticles and skin off not for massages. - the woman did not put a base coat on! I have NEVER had this happen - for the mani I asked her not to reshape my nails and just leave them the shape they were, they got reshaped to the point where some of them there's BARELY any nail left - my cuticles weren't even touched - both my toes and fingers have nail polish on them as well as on the cuticles (yes sometimes this happens, but not on every single nail!) - my technician switched in the middle and I was so relieved but the other one was in a hurry as well and kept leaving me to assist other people or take calls I can honestly say this was a waste of my money because I can do my nails better. Not sure if it was just the people who did my nails, and if the other technicians are better but I had an awful experience. read more

During Valentine's weekend, I made my sister and I an pedicure appointment. When we arrived for our appointment, the place was really busy and they told us to wait. As we watched other women getting attended to we asked if they had an appointment. We were told then that the owner had not put us in the book! She said it would be two hours until an opening. I had been going there during the old management for 3 years no problems. This new management is very unorganized. I told them I would not return to this salon until new management.
