The French tip was very thick and uneven. The flowers are ok but not as good as the reference photo. Big concerns were with hygiene. There was no plastic bag in foot spa, tools were reused and briefly cleaned with same sponge as scrubbed the tub after the pedicure. Detail brush put into some chemical bottle directly. Then to dry I was told the regular (non gel) polish would dry with UV light. This is entirely false. Will not be returning.

The pedicure tub didn't appear to be cleaned, there were no plastic liners, and a tool that had been dropped on the floor was still used afterward. I returned to have them fixed, and while they repaired them without any issue, two more nails came off the following morning.
