I walked in and 1 customer there which was a bad sign. Nancy barely filed or trimmed cuticles. The paint job was horrific. She missed the sides of the nails. Her husband suggested to start over. She forcefully removed the polish and cut my cuticle which then bled. She tried to deny it, Really? I had zero faith to start over and felt very uncomfortable. She apologized, but it was too late to restore my trust. Also, the polish selection was skimpy at best, and many looked old. They may be cheaper than other salons, but now I see why. The must have a senior clientele that can't see the details. Won't be back. BTW, no other staff than the two owners. read more

I have not visited any nail salon since March last year but the ingrowns were getting so bad that they need to be professionally treated. After reading all the good reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor I feel safe enough to finally get my mani and peti done here. Nancy and Johnny are extremely friendly and helpful. I called on a Tuesday morning to see if I can get a same day appointment and Nancy was able to squeeze me in with no problem. The store has been fully equipped with all kinds of sanitizers/sprays and I was the only customer during that time (it was only one hour before closing). Not only Nancy fixed the ingrown nail that was hurting my toe for the past few weeks she also warmed my heart. It felt really nice to have some self relaxing time and my nails look flawless after. 5 stars isn't enough I use yelp a lot, don't review much, HAD TO take the time to write this one... Nancy and Jonny are so incredible, I now see them as members of my family. My mom took me here for my birthday when I was 3 or 4 years old and we've been coming ever since. They are incredibly good at everything from the quality of the products to the experience overall (even simple polish lasts over a week and half without a chip, never mind the gel and acrylic and all that, which of course lasts over 3 weeks). It's a comfortable temperature in here, they can make it luxurious if you want with the massage chairs and hand massages. They can also accommodate a quick job if you're stopping on your lunch hour, whatever you want. Appointment only since they're in high demand but well worth planning ahead. It's clean and quiet and I feel like I came from the spa when I leave. They're also sweethearts, so that doesn't hurt either. Highly recommend!
