Stopped by since I was in the area needing a quick nail fix. So happy I found this spot . Very clean and beautiful salon. Super welcoming staff . I had to get a broken nail fixed, had no expectations on it matching my previous artists work but she got it pretty spot on ! Pedicure was very relaxing as well definitely recommend their signature pedicure service. Will definitely be coming more often to this salon ! read more

I have been getting bio gel and gel x manicures for many years. For the past 6 months I learned to do it myself at home to save money and have enjoyed it. I am going on a trip tomorrow and decided I wanted to pay to get them professionally done for the occasion to treat myself. This was a very good reminder of why I do them myself now... The nail tech was nice and worked quickly... too quickly. They didn't trim my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I asked for an ombré nail design, which is shown on their menu and provided a picture of the exact colors I wanted. Another nail tech came and took my phone to pick colors out and just started painting them on some of my nails before the original tech had even put gel on them. It was very odd... the second tech was rushing the first and was honestly doing a sloppy job. The color ended up being super off.. it was a Christmas tree green instead of a blue- teal color. I don't blame her for that, the bottle looked like a different color than the paint. They were also streaky and completely see-through. She asked if I liked them and I told her those things, and she told me the reference picture was see through too (which it was not-I added the reference) but she still redid them which I appreciated. I picked the new color myself, which matched the reference pic more and also wasn't see-through which was way better. The airbrush was having issues, which I could tell was super frustrating to them which sucks. But they just seemed to not really know how to do it very well. They finished and rushed me out quickly without cleaning any of the gel of my skin. With airbrush they usually wipe the paint off the skin before curing it so this doesn't happen. Now it's been a real pain to try to get off. They also did not clean up the sides of my nails, which were all jagged. I had to do a full nail clean up when I got home. Thankfully I have all the stuff at home to do that. The only reason for 3-stars is that the gel x nails are properly applied and should last. Overall I was not impressed. As a new client who is paying good money (and extra for a nail design) I expect some level of care. Also now knowing how to do a proper gel manicure, it's so obvious when they cut corners and rush (no nail/cuticle prep or clean up, only one layer of paint). And maybe don't offer a service (ombré) if you aren't confident in it or don't have properly working equipment. I wanted to do something nice for myself but ended up having more of a headache in the end, and had to pay my hard earned money for that headache. read more

Biggest mistake of coming here for my pedicure. The nail tech cut me so bad, I was bleeding right away and throughout the entire time I was there. She kind of pretended like nothing happened. At the end, she applied some Chinese oil in a green bottle that smelled like tiger balm. I don't know how she thought that would help. She apologized. I still paid and tipped her. I asked her if the tools used were professionally cleaned and disinfected, she said yes of course, I sprayed alcohol on it. Omg i don't know if I should get mad or laugh at this point. She sprayed alcohol on what?? The tools or my feet? After coming home, my toe was in pain and swelled up for days. I was in pain putting my foot in my shoes. I called the next day and spoke to a lady who claimed she was the manager, she asked that I return to the nail shop so they can put some "medicine on it" which was a complete joke to me. I asked to speak to the owner, at first the lady claimed she was but I didn't believe her. She offered to have the owner give me a call. I eventually talked to the "owner" and he was more concerned about the possibility of being sued. He kept telling me how he appreciated the fact that I let him know about the situation. I was 7 months pregnant, my concerns of getting an infection worried me the most. Wanted to share this experience so other people are aware. They did refund the cost of the pedi but the $45 is nothing compared to the worry and pain. read more

I've been coming here for a few months, but this time I went they did a bad job. I asked for a polygel fill and they proceeded to do builder gel. The shape is entirely uneven and different from what I asked for, and my nails are bumpy. There are bubbles in the polish and the nails are not evenly painted. The girl doing my nails didn't even bother to use a light, and didn't care to take the time to do my nails properly. read more

She had to re-file my nail twice & she still did a terrible job!! There was no cuticle softener or nail oil used. These massages that come with these treatments are 3 min long, at best!! At 20 minutes after and looking at the technician seeing that she was at least 10 minutes longer so now it's 30 minutes. I got up and left. Don't make appointments if you can't be reasonably on time. I was so impressed the first time I came to this place and referred many friends but have to say it's not been the same since.
