I have had my nails taken care at Elegant Touch Nails for the last 15 years and have had no complaints. I now live in Maine and continue to go in for a manicure and pedicure when I come to Concord. The salon is clean, the personal are pleasant, the prices are competitive. Recently I have been dealing with some toe fungus and have had Lee tend to it and it is now healing nicely. The husband smiles when people come in, then hold the door, which is quite Gallant of him. The wife snarls at everyone who comes in the door, as if we are an annoyance rather than a customer. She snaps "pick a color " as if we are nterrupting some important business of hers. I feel unwelcome, I find the service subpar and I find their customer service unacceptable so the three of us will go elsewhere from now on. read more

I made an appointment to get a mani/pedi this afternoon. I had not been since the Covid-19 restrictions began. I was taken care of immediately. I walked with tired, worn out hands and feet and walked out walking on air. I found Elegant Touch years ago and would never go anywhere else. This is the best place in Concord and surrounding area also. All the girls here are amazing. The owner works around the clock and is willing to come in especially if needed ,even when she's closed....I have never had such great service in any other place than Elegant touch nails. The place is immaculate. They're constantly cleaning. If you want to be in and out in one hour and have the best manicure pedicure you've ever had, come to Elegant touch nails. HORRIBLE experience. Went in for acrylic full set with my daughter. Neither of us were pleased. 2 hours in the chair, nails were misshapen, polish was sloppy, acrylic chipped before we even got to route 2. Daughter never even received a top coat and we both asked for specifics we did not get! I wanted square nails with colored French. She polished nails and fingers and rounded them. Daughter had to argue to get the color she chose and some nails are so thin the tips are coming through. Never ever again! read more

Pass this up. The salon looked fine so I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. She rushed and did a terrible job -- I ended up bleeding because she nicked me a few times. The whole process was poorly done, like they didn't know how to remove acrylic nails. Also charged $10 to remove the nails -- stiff price when really I never got an apology for the unprofessional job done. I still am wearing a bandaid today. read more

I stopped in here for a pedicure and within seconds of walking through the door, my feet were submerged in hot water.... AH. She did a good job on my poor neglected feet, which haven't had any professional attention in over a year. Service was courteous and the facility was very clean. The massage chairs were a bit energetic for my taste. Pretty standard service for $28. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went for an acrylic fill (first time at this salon). I will not be returning. I think I might've been the first time the woman (Tina) has ever done an acrylic fill. I get it that everyone has to start somewhere, but, if she's new, they should've told me! I had limited time so I wasn't able to complain or have her fix all of the uneven length nails I am now sporting. =( She took an HOUR. ONE WHOLE HOUR to do a fill. She didn't entirely remove the polish that I had on my nails when I arrived...which was a deep brown & now you can see it all around my cuticles on some nails. I had to go with a natural nude color today as to avoid bringing attention to my nails. & Lastly, they do accept credit/debt cards, you can NOT however put the tip on it. This really is a no-frills kind of place. It was my second time here, but my first time getting a Shellac mani at Elegant Touch. At 4:15pm, I was seated immediately after I chose my color. The whole thing, including removal of the remnants of my last gel mani, took about 40 minutes. If you're into the prolonged hand massage and the more spa-like experience, this is not the place for you; but if you just want to be in and out with a great set of nails, this place is great. Oh, and it only cost me $24, so I happily tipped more percentage-wise than I usually do. Color selection was a little blah for the gel polish if you're into more exciting colors, and they didn't offer my usual go-to greige purple. Also, they only accept cash or check, so I was lucky to have my checkbook on me. All in all, well worth the price. read more

We were a bit hesitant about going here based on the current reviews, but Fantastick Nails is closed on Mondays and we needed a birthday pedicure! We had a fantastic experience! The staff was warm and courteous. We called the morning of and were accommodated easily with our schedule. Both my sister and I are happy with the quality of the pedicure and the wide selection of colors that was available. A great deal for $28! We might even prefer it over Fantastick Nails next time!!! read more

Most horrible nail salon ever. I do not recommend this place at all! Besides the workers being friendly, the work is extremely sloppy. The stations looked dirty and unclean, and they kept cutting my nails too short which ended up in them bleeding. They also don't accept credit cards which is a little annoying. I've only been here 2 or 3 times being dragged by friends, but I highly recommend finding another salon. read more

I had a gift card, which is why I went. It was for a manicure, but what kind was not specified. I wanted a gel manicure, which I was informed would be an additional $12. After a few minutes' wait, I was at a station with the manicurist, who first soaked my fingers in a warm water bowl. I noticed a lot of the implements used were not soaking in a sanitizer solution, which made me nervous. When using an emery board (the large kind) it was obvious it had been used before on other customers. When working on my nails, the manicurist instead of using a nail tool used the side of her own nail to clean excess polish from my finger. At the very end, she dabbed some lotion on my hands and massaged my arms and hands, which was nice. All in all it was ok, but the lack of sanitation with the emery board and nail implements really bothered me. read more

At other salons the manicure would last a week or so, now I can count on it lasting for two weeks and I am always thrilled with the result. The pedicure is also very professional and well done. I like the atmosphere and easy access. Good value too! Highly recommend. read more

I specifically download the yelp app just so I could write this post. This "spa" is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money here. They rush through your pedicures and do an embarrassing nail polish paint job. I would rather let my 1 year old give me a pedicure than go to this place.
