The cleanest, nicest nail salon I've ever been to in the area BY FAR. Everyone wears a mask and sanitizes, regardless of vaccination status, which I think is smart. They sanitize the chairs and massager buttons on the chairs between visits and they offer a variety of colors. For an extra $8 there are various special colors that stay on longer and are a bit stronger. I didn't go for that, but I can see the appeal for other customers. They have many different pedicure options starting at $35 with the classic. The other pedicure options include the smoothie, relax, lemon quench spa and lavender relieve spa ($50-$65 range). It's a very organized and relaxing environment and the massage chairs are pretty much brand new! Whoever owns this salon is extremely type-a and ultra organized and a clean freak, which I totally LOVE! I recommend making an appointment. You won't regret coming here. I just had such a frustrating experience at The Nails in Sudbury. They always do a nice job so I am shocked by the whole experience. First off, the woman doing my toes did a so-so job. Maybe she's learning, so I'll cut her some slack. But the rudeness I experienced from the man at the desk, Paul Choi, was hugely disappointing. I forgot they only accept cash tips. So when I was done, I headed toward the door to go to my car to get money. He stopped me, challenging me that I wasnt going to tip. When I told him my plan, he pulled out his phone and opened Venmo, which they do not normally accept for tips. I scanned it and was typing the tip into my phone while walking out the door. He stopped me again, challenging me that I was actually going to process it. I was appalled! I told him it's not nice to tell customers they have to tip and walked out. read more

Hands down (pun intended) this is the best nail salon I've ever experienced. The staff is professional, friendly, and expert at what they do. I can get a mani/pedi in an hour. Each pedicure nail appointment ends with a 2-minute neck and upper back massage. read more

Used to love this salon. I have gone for two years since they have opened. All of the techs were awesome and did a fantastic job. However they are now doing such great business, they have begun rushing and moving people through like a factory. I usually get dip and I had to go back twice to get my nail fixed last time. The tech found a bump on my nails and just put gel over dip. Of course this peeled and I had to go back and fix it. The second time I left she used a wrong color to fix it. For the cost, I would like pampering. I tip well! Not sure I'll go back. read more

I really tried to like this salon because of the convenience. I'll start with the positive, it is clean, spacious, and they do a decent job (hence the 2 stars), HOWEVER... the level of rudeness, especially talking about clients, eye-rolling, being rough and price-gouging for extras is too much. If you're going to talk in a different language, other than English, you may want to ensure your clients don't also understand/speak your language... I won't be back and don't recommend it. I've been going to The Nails for over two months now for regular gel manicure appointments, and I love it here! It's a super clean, beautiful salon with friendly technicians who are excellent at what they do. My manicures from here have much better longevity than at previous salons I've gone to in the past two years. I've seen maybe one chip in two months (towards the end of one manicure, and totally my fault anyway), and have had absolute no peeling even when I'm tough in my hands. The guy at the counter was very rude. After I had already tipped he told me it was not enough and said I have to give more otherwise I will not get an appointment next time. He pulled out a calculator and showed me how much I had to give without any reason. Around the shop it does not say any where how much tip is required. They also only have tips in cash which is very inconvenient. He had a rude tone and could have told me to tip more nicely even though I gave enough I did not get very much done. They give a very nice pedicure ( with the up-charge), but everything else is so bad and uninviting. It's the quietest salon I've ever been in. So strange and uncomfortable. The fact that you never know if they understand English is disconcerting also. I've been going to nail salons for 30 years and have always had at least one person that speaks English. Not sure if they pretend to not understand.......but forget asking them anything!!! Not being able to request a manicurist is annoying too. It's clean but time to find a new salon! read more

Let me start off with I looked like a bum, mismatched sweats, greasy hair, and they took me 30 minutes after I called and treated me nothing but nice. My old salon whenever I got dip they never did my cuticles or oil, or lotion but they do all that here. I saw some reviews about the staff talking about people and honestly I didn't feel like I was being judged or talked about. My nail lady named Mia had a coworker next to her just watching and learning and she was so sweet and just checking out my color and shape. I declined the neck massage but there's the option! If you like your nails to end up like they're one week into growth, this place is for you. If you want your nail technicians to mumble in their language to each other the entire time they are working on your manicure, this place is for you. I have been to this salon a couple of times now, and I am always impressed. Hands down the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. They have a variety of different colors, dip/gel options, and a number of different pedicures to choose from. They also time the foot massages.. always a bonus! The staff takes their time, so you do not feel rushed. The salon itself is very calming, relaxing, and quiet. i love this salon. the first time i went was back in march right before the covid lockdown and they did such a great job. they have extensive hours which is why i came here the first time instead of my usual salon which closes at 4. they have a great variety of colors in all brands. the gel and dip are opi only which is fine with me! since the lockdown ended i have consistent gone every few weeks and they follow all the guidelines. i have had virtually every nail tach that works there and all of them are awesome! they do a keratin glove treatment and hot towel massage as part of gel manicures which is the icing on top of the cake. i love this place! i recommend going during the week early in the day when it's least busy and most relaxing! awesome consistent salon! read more
