The moment I walked into the store, I was immediately impressed with all the beautiful gowns and accessories on display. Even though Carolina was still helping another customer, she acknowledged me right away and kindly asked me to take a seat for a moment. I could see how happy her customer was with the service she gave them. After she finished, Carolina greeted me again with a big smile and even gave me a friendly beso. She took my measurements and my son's with so much care, and when I asked her how much I owed.. she said no charge at all! Such a kind and wonderful lady. However, my bridal party and I had appointments at other boutiques near by and found this one while looking at maps. We called them to see if they would let us view their dresses because we did not have an appointment. Katrin was kind enough to let us in as walk-ins. As soon as we came in, Katrin and George were so welcoming and treated us like family. We really loved the vibes in there, they had romantic Italian music playing in the background while we browsed around. Katrin was very helpful zipping me in and out of dresses, and it was really sweet how she would announce me to my bridal party before coming out of the dressing room with each dress; it made me feel very special. The fitting room is secluded and feels very private and cozy, with couches and seating area for your guests. The dresses were all stunning, great quality and very great prices! If you purchase your dress here, they will pop a champagne for you and your party, and give you some time to celebrate and soak it all in. I also found out they only take one bridal appointment at all time, which we very much appreciated. Other places we went to were crowded with other brides-to-be, we had to share the space and it did not feel personalized at all. Here we had the complete opposite experience and everyone was beyond impressed with their incredible service. We rented out manteles that were dirty , stains and written on . The back drop is what I had showed her on what I wanted . Keep in mind she said that she is able to do that ( we had hope we gave her months in advanced ) however she comes with her painted " back drops " they weren't painted they were spray painted they were blotchy and not even . And to top it off they needed more paint and there was a chip on there . Plus the ballon's that she stated was that beautiful blue color was " Tiffany blue " she comes with a circus color blue the color of Dory that does not match at all . I was very upset . So she had to come back to my house and ( x3 ) to fix her mess which she didn't even do . She came back for the final time to adjust the balloons and I txted her to please bring other ballon color ( neutral ) to make it some what presentable she didn't . I had to buy more balloons and blow them up my self and to buy the can to make it shine bc she " ran out " how do you ran out of spray when it's new ? I can tell she got bothered by the first time we told her it's not right . I'm paying $ for what I want and if you don't have it as a business owner I assume you buy what your clients needs are . In this case she didn't . She did it all for the money and I'm stuck with this memory or having to fight for a refund .. oh and disclaimer the boxes are mine I had to improvise because she didn't add ballon on the side ... a lot may see this review and may say it's not bad but if you know how to decorate it's nothing compared to what I wanted . In other words take your business elsewhere and don't need to deal with a hassle or someone who doesn't want to hear her clients complain about shitty work . And sure enough, the dress my friend said yes to was one that Lisa had picked out! It was perfect for my friend and even within budget (around the $2k range). They also offer an option to get 10% off if you say yes to the dress at your first appointment. The whole experience was wonderful, the store was clean and gorgeous. All the dresses are so pretty to look at and many are between $1-3K. They also had some waters and sodas and some snacks for everyone in the group which was a nice touch.

They gave us wrong color dress shirts and when we went back to exchange we were treated with attitude. My dress shirt was dirty and they exchanged it for another one but was lt let to try it out was told it was same size a previous one and the day of the event the collar did close the material was very hot. There was a hole int the coat jacket à tear in the side pocket of the pants. But the worst of all my wife the grandma was shown a dress she liked to n à catalog and paid to have it ordered mas it was on the catalog, when it came time for her to try it so they could make adjustments the dress was nothing close to the one on the catalog, my wife told them it was not the dress she liked and paid for and was treated with bad attitude, she asked for a refund and was told they could not do that or could not offer to be exchange for a different dress. We were told their policy was no exchange no refund or discount for a new dress. We asked to speak to the owner and were given different excuses from the one we being hospitalized to he was out of the country for emergency matters. Till today we have not received a solution to the matter and will report this to the consumer affairs and proceed with suing them. Do not recommend this place to anyone it was a real nightmare.
