Came in to look for my dress last year. I had a male styles, who was training a young women. Both were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dress fitting, but I felt like I couldn't find anything I loved. The stylist brought out a dress that he told me "just try it" and I absolutely loved it. I had always seen this salon each visit to Old Town Pasadena and dreamed I would maybe be able to go in and find a dress one day. I walked in with my fiancé on a whim and was greeted with the kindest hospitality from Oula. I mentioned my very tight boundaries regarding money and timeline and she assured me there could still very well be something for me. I was shown the room of sample dresses and picked one I really liked. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they let me try on the dress. I was definitely loving the dress and they offered to set up an appointment the following day. I returned the next day with my dad. Oula was excited to greet and help me again and we picked a few other dresses from the sample selection that I liked. While all the dresses I tried on were beautiful, nothing compared to how I felt in the beautiful first one I tried on the day before. We celebrated with champagne as I said YES to the dress. I was also very lucky to have walked in when they were having their end of the year sample dress sale. I got the most amazing deal, even with alterations included. I got married January 2026, and I wanted to say thank you to the alterations manager, Amanda, and the seamstress, Geneovea, for the positive experience. I said yes to my dress at Panache Pasadena in April 2025. I knew exactly what I wanted because I fell in love with my dress online, and I was lucky enough to love it on me in person. The only minor thing I would recommend improvement on is spacing out the areas where we tried on dresses. There's one nice dressing room that stands out from the rest, two that are inches away from each other, and another one in another corner. I was inches away from trying on dresses with another bride, and we were in the background of each other's photos. Anyhow, my dress arrived in store November 2025, and alterations were completed at least two weeks before my wedding. The dress was pricey, as were the alterations, but I felt like a princess and I have no regrets! read more

Came here Friday morning for an appointment to check out a wedding dress for our sister. The location has street parking and across the street there's a covered parking. The place is clean. Lots of dresses to choose from. The lady who helped us is very knowledgeable, and she listens to what the bride is looking for. They offer water for the bride and group. There's a bathroom. There are enough chairs for the bridesmaids to sit while waiting. Good value for the price and we had a good deal from the holidays. Highly recommend this place. read more

I initially started with Panache in Costa Mesa, where the staff was also wonderful. An update that I never provided: after things went in my favor years ago at the c@urt house they never refunded me, however I had a local dept serve their bank a copy of a document and I was refunded and I calculated interest too since they didn't pay me timely. Remember they have a policy but they have to deliver! If they don't deliver as expected they have broken their own policy. Keep a phone log keep emails make efforts and fight back. Inspect your dresses try them on do not take any verbals or trust them. Everything in writing. Years later I see similar experiences. After they are paid customer services changes. read more
