The only picture I have so far that shows the bustle

Roya is amazing! She is passionate about what she does and it shows: with how thorough she is during our appointments and also with how sincere and honest she is with what she thinks is best for my dress while being transparent about the prices that come with each alteration. Technically there are three appointments: first meeting is to figure out what needs to be done, second is follow up and adjustment and when payment is due, and third is pickup. I ended up having four because I forgot my wedding heels in my first appointment....so please don't do that lol. But again, Roya showed her kindness by being okay to reschedule our appointment and even tried to measure the dress by having me step on a little "platform" that resembles my wedding heels. Cant recommend her enough!

Roya was so great to work with! She was one of the seamstresses recommended by Luv Bridal, where I bought my dress. While I live on the westside and she's located in Eagle Rock, it worth going with Roya as my seamstress for her quality work. She was very upfront about pricing from the beginning which was appreciated. I ended up taking in my dress at the bust twice (we planned to take it in after my first fitting and when I returned for my second fitting I felt like we could take it in a little more) and adding a bustle. My dress was quite heavy but she did a great job with the bustle. When I picked up my dress, she was very detailed in explaining how to bustle the dress making sure I took a video of her explaining the details.

Roya made this part of the wedding process the easiest. She's friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, which are all attributes you want from your bridal tailor.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress altered! Roya did an incredible job hemming my gown, replacing the original zipper, adding a bustle, and adding beautiful removable sleeves that turned out even better than I imagined. Throughout the entire process, she was kind, patient, and so professional. really taking the time to understand my vision and make sure every detail was perfect. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail made me feel completely confident and cared for. I'm so grateful for her talent and warmth -- I couldn't recommend her enough to any bride looking for quality alterations and a genuinely kind person to work with!

Roya is THE BEST. Seriously. The fittings/appointments were easy and she is amazing to talk to, and she is so good at what she does. She clearly has a lot of experience, and is just phenomenal. There were 3 appointments - one consultation, the measurements, then the try-on after the alterations were done. I had the shoes I was wearing for the wedding from the first appointment. At the last appointment, she gave me a demo of how the bustle and wrist strap should be done, and made sure I took a video! ;) My dress had 3 layers, tulle, appliqué, and a train. I got it hemmed, a 3 point bustle, and a wrist strap. Roya was very upfront and about what would work, and she gave all options and their pros and cons - for example, she gave all the possible options for bustling my dress, how many points would be best given the weight of the fabric, as well as the minimum points I could get away with safely. She provided pros and cons given cost, sturdiness, and the way the fabric would lay. She also gave the pros and cons of the wrist strap. She was transparent about cost and gave suggestions to save me money, even. I had trouble finding pictures online for what would work for my dress, and couldn't envision what I could even do with it. Before going to Roya, I had even considered getting rid of the train completely because I wanted to be able to move freely, and was worried a bustle wouldn't give me a look I vibed with. SO happy I kept the train! So like I said, I ended up opting for a 3-point bustle and adding the wrist strap, and omg, it was the perfect decision for me. Both lasted the entire 12 hours I had the dress on. The length was perfect and it was easy to walk around and even dance with. I don't usually walk in heels and had been worried about stepping on my dress, but it was seriously THE PERFECT LENGTH. The wrist strap was beautiful and romantic and actually quite natural for me to move around with. The bustle was essentially set and forget, and felt very secure. The dress looked fantastic throughout the day and other than standing at the ceremony with the train loose, it required zero fixing/setting/staging for pictures. Even action shots were perfect. I posted a billion pictures to give a very clear idea for anyone else worried about anything and everything I was worried about.

Roya was soooo lovely! Sweetest and extremely accommodating. My dress fit perfectly. I had a great experience with her.

Roya was amazing, she hemmed and bustled my very thick material wedding dress with ease! She was honest and very knowledgeable about what would be needed for alterations vs not needed (I did not need to take in any width or change cup size). I will be recommending Roya to all friends who need dress alterations :)

Easy 5/5 stars! Roya is amazing, a true craftsman at what she does. Beyond her natural talent she is organized, professional, open to ideas, and personally warm and caring. She was able to take my train off (with multiple layers) to give me a circle drop, take in the bust with a seamless appliqué alteration, and make a last minute shortening a week before the wedding. All of this at a very reasonable price for her amazing work. I would highly recommend her services for any bride

I had such a wonderful and positive experience with Roya! From the very beginning, she was very professional, kind, and welcoming. She gave thoughtful and honest recommendations and you could tell she genuinely cares for her brides to feel comfortable and confident in their wedding dresses. She is incredibly talented and has such great attention to detail. The final result for my wedding dress was exactly what I had hoped for! Roya also made this process so smooth and reassuring that I felt completely confident leaving my dress in her hands. Thank you Roya for such a positive experience and for helping me feel the most confident in my wedding dress!

Roya is the BEST! My dress arrived very very late and too large, but Roya saved the day. She altered it beautifully and worked with me to get it done on time. She is clearly an expert at her craft. She was lovely to work with and I highly recommend her to any bride!

Roya was so kind and worked quickly to get my dress done in time once it was delayed from the bridal shop! She did a fantastic job! HIGHLY recommend working with her.

My dress was an absolute dream and fit like a glove after being in Roya's care. She provided helpful suggestions and listened to what I was looking for (i.e. tighter bodice). She was sweet and did such a great job, especially with all the beading and appliqué my dress had. Thank you Roya!

Only a few alterations were done, she made the bust in my dress a bit smaller, added some bust cups and a beautiful French bustle.

Updating my review to 4 stars…read more I picked up my items today, and I'm pleased to say they look great, as they always have. The tailoring was done exactly as expected, which is consistent with the quality I've come to rely on after being a customer here for many years. The storefront employee was contrite, offered a sincere apology, and provided a full refund for the order. While the refund itself was not the primary issue for me, the principle behind it -- acknowledging the inconvenience and taking responsibility -- meant the most. I truly appreciate the professionalism shown during this follow-up interaction. Based on how this was handled, I am willing to look past what I hope was a one-time issue and continue using their service moving forward. End of update ________________________________________________________________________ I have been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for many years and have consistently trusted the quality of service--until my most recent experience. Last week, I brought in two pairs of denim. One pair was to be cleaned and used as a tailoring reference for a new pair. I prepaid for the services and was given a written promise date of 2/14 for pickup. When I arrived on the promised date, I was informed that my items were not ready. The employee at the front counter, who appears to be new, simply stated, "Sorry, we don't have your items today. You'll have to come back Monday." There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of making a trip on the scheduled date, nor any effort to offer a reasonable accommodation. When I expressed concern, the situation became more disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for missing the promised date, the employee turned the issue around and said, "You've been coming here for years--when have we ever made a mistake for you?" It felt as though he was using my long-standing loyalty as a way to dismiss the current mistake, rather than valuing it. Being a long-term customer should not be used against someone to minimize a legitimate concern. If anything, it should warrant greater care and professionalism. When I reiterated that I was relying on the written promise date provided to me, he escalated the interaction by raising his voice, speaking over me, and ultimately suggesting that I take my business to another dry cleaner in the future. Mistakes can happen in any business. However, how those mistakes are handled is what defines customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected very poor service, particularly from the new storefront employee. It was surprising and disappointing, especially given my many years as a customer. I will return on Monday to retrieve my items and hope the matter concludes more positively. Depending on that outcome, I may revisit my review. However, the way this situation was handled was not appropriate and not the level of service loyal customers should expect.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Pristine Cleaners regarding an alteration. I…read morebrought in a dress to be taken in, and the woman at the counter, who seemed quite annoyed, immediately stated it wasn't possible because there was "no seam." She then dismissively handed the dress back.ti be honest she seemed TOO LAZY to even TRY However, I took the SAME dress to another tailor, who was able to complete the alteration in just 3 days without any issues. What the hell is she talking about "it's impossible" to fix this dress Also I wanted to share a story about a pair of Abercrombie and Fitch jeans I bought almost two years ago. Unfortunately, I can no longer return them, and they don't make smaller sizes in this specific style. When I had tried them on, they were quite large, to the point where she felt it was ridiculous and that I would need to go down three pant sizes. She attempted to fix them, and they looked decent, but I believe the tailor I took my OTHER DRESS she claimed was IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX could have made them look even better. Regardless, these jeans were just sitting in my closet, so I decided to try and do something with them instead of letting them gather dust. that being said I will never return to pristine cleaners ever again The lady is usually in a badass mood ANYWAY
