He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. Rather than buying new lights, I've been retrofitting dilapidated vintage lights into our cottage. One of the light mechanisms in an old factory pen lamp was screwed up more than I could decipher with a voltmeter. I brought the offending light to Berkeley Lighting, and they dove in and fixed the problem with only a little bit of digging through the spare bits of a hardware box. I am pleased beyond belief, and I know where I'll be going the next time I need to purchase lighting.
