Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

They asked me where I wanted the extra dirt from the trenches dug for the electric/water lines, and spread it nicely. They navigated my work schedule to obtain signatures they needed. I called because my thermostat was blowing warm air while it was supposed to be cooling the house. He ran diagnostics on everything, was SUPER thorough, leaving no stone unturned, and at the end of it, confirmed that it was my Nest thermostat that was the issue. He could have easily assumed that it was the Nest but he confirmed that all the wires were working, that the blower control panel was functioning, and that the heat pump outside was cooling. A few days later and I received a replacement for my thermostat, and there you go, my AC was working again. Definitely recommend and will reach out again if something goes wrong in the future.

Along the way, when I asked about the constant leak at the bathtub faucet, he immediately knew it was from an old canister that needed replacing. This was something several other plumbers-including Woodfin-misdiagnosed. Dealing with the bathtubs ancient drain assembly was not easy but he did it without one scratch on the tub. Should also mention how nice he was and how he patiently explained everything and walked me through how I could remove the drains for cleaning. Great job! Will certainly use Hudson again and will try them when my old heat pump needs replacing.

They charged me a staggering $800 just for a basic capacitor and the labor to install it. They claimed a universal fan motor would not fit my HVAC unit. They lied to me and said that my unit would only fit the expensive manufacturer model for $2,400. I called a second company for a backup opinion. They easily installed a universal fan motor with zero issues. The total cost for parts and labor was a fraction of what F. HRR quoted me.This company is dishonest and overpriced.
