At that point, it felt as though the appointment had no priority over walk-ins, which defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead. I expressed my concern that it didn't make sense to book an appointment only to be treated as a walk-in, and I ultimately chose to leave. I went to another spa nearby and was seen immediately upon arrival. To be fair, Bliss Nail Bar has always done great work in the past, and the quality of services is typically excellent. However, this experience highlighted a significant issue with scheduling and customer service.
