This is my first time ever leaving a review but the guy who helped me "Monster" was actually so rude. He gave off major "I know more than you so I can talk down to you" energy when I was just asking about supplies. I'm a beginner artist and still learning, there's no reason to clown on someone for that. What really bothered me is that their Instagram posted something that felt like it was making fun of the exact interaction I had in-store. That's honestly weird and unprofessional. If you're new and trying to learn, just be aware this doesn't feel like a supportive place, more like you might get mocked for not knowing everything already. I ordered a armrest from element tattoo supply , and it came damaged with paint missing and scratched. I complained about it and they said we'll make it right and send another leg a no charge. I got another damaged scratched leg in a box that was damaged as well. It was wrapped very good in bubble wrap in a undamaged box. I was happy till I opened it and got another scratched up leg. The girl said we can give you 20% off next order. I told her there will not be another order from me because they didn't fix the problem. Came in on a Monday morning looking for numbing cream as each option I saw online would ship to late for my tattoo appointment and luckily found this shop when I was googling places by me. The staff was very helpful and kind. They talked me through the process of applying the cream, how long to leave it and the consequences of leaving it on for too long. Let's start by saying this has NOTHING to do with the customer service in store, the employees are probably good people. However, I would never order anything from here and have it shipped. First the claim of it being delivered within 2 days is complete bs. Before the package even reached the post office it was "lost" and nothing can be done until "a lengthy time has passed". Online service is quick to shift the blame to prevent it from looking like their fault and cause you to lose money trying to solve your problem. 6 days later and package is still in pre shipment status....great service right. I got notification that my order is delivered but no one showed up cuz I was waiting for this order. I had to email them few time to figure out, I thought that is their job figuring out the issues. Finally, they re-order my item and I still don't know when I'm getting my order? Yes, I got the tracking number but it's not even shipped. They are located 30 miles away from me.
