Walked in here the other day to get some stick n poke supplies, I usually get everything from amazon so I've never been in a supply warehouse- the guy at the front was suuuuper helpful and cool! He informed me on so much since I'm a beginner and had a lot of questions, he even let me feel out some tattoo machines. Plus this place is a couple blocks from my house! Phone orders are a joke. You need to call numerous times to actually put an order in and when someone finally answers, you get attitude. Business hours online are from 9am to 5:45pm but when youre placing a phone order you are told that they close at 3:30. read more

Love this place! We discovered it while on vacation and it's been the best, most convenient place to shop! We live about 3-3.5 hours away but whenever we're cramped for time and need to make a quick supply run and can't wait for shipping we make a day of it and get ourselves to this joint! The staff is super friendly, they always go above and beyond when we ask questions. They're always very informative and helpful! We stopped in yesterday to make a rather large supply run and had a good time chattin with the guy at the front desk. He really makes an effort to get you what you need, not just talking shop but actual conversation! He's just a really rad kinda dude in general! You can't get that with online ordering! Prices are generally a couple bucks cheaper than online for the same product, and now since they are carrying Eternal Ink we really have no need for online ordering! I haven't physically gone in to purchase, but I have spent hundreds and hundreds if not thousands on their products, the customer service I receive from there, wether it be on chat or on the phone, is on point and excellent. The pricing is a little up there but I'd rather pay for quality. The Talens ink that I was recommended works GREAT. I would gladly consider buying from again and continue to. Came here to get supplies and three men just standing there not answering phone or telling me it's closed or anything. One guy looked like a tweaker and finally heard the phone to look at me and hide and finally say they aren't doing pick ups or anything but yet it clearly says open till 2 ?! Pretty rude . these guys are ok if you're a beginner but the prices are way expensive. This is definitely a no-go for tattoo professionals as most of the supply is very 'china-ish' other than their machines. I just think prices could be cheaper. read more

The guy working the front desk helped me figure out exactly that I wanted and offered helpful info about the products. If you want to go to the location, I suggest you set up an online account before and save yourself a little time/ bookmark what you need because that's how you order your supplies. Horrible customer service. Declined to ship product, because their credit verification service could not confirm my address. When I contacted them (via the phone, because they left voicemail, even though I expressly requested email contact when I placed the Web order), I asked if the bank had allowed my card to be processed; they said it had. I explained that this is validation for the address-- the bank would not approve the transaction if the billing address was wrong. They disagreed, and refused to ship to the recipient I'd selected. I asked them to ship to my billing address. They refused. I offered to send a personal check, and wait for payment to clear their bank before receiving shipment. They refused. I offered to send cash; they refused. I offered to send a money order; they refused any money order not meeting their standards. It was as if they didn't want to take my money. They kept wanting to cancel the online order. Note: their online ordering interface is atrocious: completely not user-friendly, and utterly cumbersome. It took me a half-hour to place my original order. I had to beg them not to delete it. Over and over, they asserted that they'd been victims of fraudulent orders, and that the industry is rife with such issues; then they upbraided me for strong language. A tattoo supply shop. In California. Very, very unimpressed. Very, very disappointed. Bad vendors. read more

This place is a piece of shit! Horrible customer service, no wiliness to work with customer, website search feels from the 80's.....list goes on... bought a machine with RCA cable, never used, but want exchange for clip cord. After 5 direct emails and emails from website with no response got a person on the phone. They are not flexível at all, no exchange, no nothing. My husband is starting his studio and need a tatto supply place but definitely this place will NOT be the one. Maybe they don't need our business lol. I purchased 'flesh light' tattoo ink from Element Tattoo Supply and received a disgusting mess of green, watery SLOP in a bottle. Even though it was mixed repeatedly, the green slime never mixed in with the watery mixture. I've been purchasing flesh light from other retailers and never had a problem until this company sent this mess to me. And they refuse to give me my money back, stating it's 'sterile' once opened!! Like, how else would I be able to sample the color??? Just don't use this company. Save yourself the grief!!! read more
