Went on a Thursday, aug 23rd. Pretty busy, didn't try foods. Curious how a native minor got in... but I wasn't ID'd either.. and I'm not native.. not sure if it's a perk, or just lazy. She's my neighbour, she's like 15...‍

Small but nice casino! Reminds me of a super mini nice Vegas strip casino but mini! Lol. One restaurant and one bar and one poker table! Didn't get to play but I did talk to a loooot of nice Canadians! I enjoyed it!

This is the beef for taco Tuesday. Yep, that a pool of grease.

On nearly every front, 7 Cedars delivered. The hotel is lovely - well appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff deserves special praise, especially the front desk team: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They set the tone for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed all of our meals at the House of Seven Brothers. The food, tastes, menu variety and service were excellent across the board. BTW, the restaurant easily accommodated the casual, family and fine diners. Now the casino...to put it delicately (and humorously): We each fed the slots thousands, and in return, they gave us...a life lesson in humility.Payouts were shockingly marginal and bonuses very infrequent. We are seasoned slot enthusiasts, who've enjoyed slot excursions across the state for over 30 years. Our slot experience at 7 Cedars by far overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay. We left feeling more deflated than relaxed. Sadly, we will not be back.

So here we are at the Silver Reef Casino. An open area outside of the crowds. We called the local number to make our reservations and to avoid these online reservations agencies that just inflate the prices. We ended up with a nice hotel with clean rooms. Our room has queen size beds with a medium firmness. This room is clean and spacious. It has a large flat screen TV, a decent sized mini fridge, a dresser for those of us who like to unpack. The A/C unit heats nicely. There is a large vanity for the bathroom and the tub shower offers shampoo and body wash. The bonus to staying at a casino hotel is the addition of security. Less worries about your car. Then there's the restaurants that are available, here there are 5. So there it is, well kept rooms, plenty of free, secure parking, and on site restaurants as well as some adult entertainment before getting some shut eye. Much more relaxing here instead of being in the crowded big cities with minimal parking.

Especially the hotel lobby they need to figure out the horrible smell as you walk even my kids were like what's the smell I'm like that's dingy casino smell....just a very mediocre at best casino experience craps staff is horrible and makes playing no fun which was a bummer. Instead of engaging and having fun with the players , they bitched and complained about where we tossed our bets on the table. I have played craps at every casino in WA and never had this happen 5 of us left the table because it was dry and boring to play. Played a few slots really tight so bailed quick. Definitely not a great place to test your luck on slots lol Overall was $500 total for 2 hotel nights so nor bad but the casino is not worth it unfortunately. One thing that was also annoying was the line for the ATMs serious figure that shit out and get more ATMs half of the were "out of service " I would 100% spit this place for Tulalip or angel of the winds any day !

Over looking the horizon and water. We checked in no problem! They gave us a couple of handouts for the map of the property and restaurants. We are glad the casino is non-smoking -- this made the experience enjoyable to walk through! They do have a specific area for smoking which can be accessed through automatic sliding doors which shut together so the smoke is self-contained. Since they're also a lodge, I had a room with the view and it was amazing getting up at sunrise! The king bed was comfortable and not lumpy. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well that night (reasons of my own - was too excited for the next day and/or mind was racing) but I could hear either the HVAC or a part of where I was staying where the noise crept up like an airplane every 10 mins or so which made it difficult to sleep. The lamps had the really dim yellow lights which made it hard to read so I had to turn on both lamps to be able to read. The room was spacious though and the shower was marvelous! I'd give it 3.5 but rounded it to 4 since most of my experience here as first timer was minor. Everything here, including the casino and restaurant were great!

I'm here to review the things that actually matter during a hotel stay: * Bed size & comfort * Pillow game * Shower facilities * Towel game * Amenities that stand out Now then ... Jen and I sleep on a Queen bed at home, so every King-size hotel bed arrives with one simple promise: "This better be an upgrade." Thankfully, The Point Casino & Hotel delivers there. The pillow-top mattress absolutely carried its weight and made for a comfortable night's sleep. BUT. Why are we still doing square pillows in 2026? C'mon now, Point. Get it together. Decorative pillows are one thing, but these felt like geometry homework sitting on the bed. Now the shower game? Surprisingly strong. The rainfall-style shower was easily one of the standout features of the room. Ours even had the dual-head setup -- a standard shower head plus a lower horizontal shower head that can run simultaneously. It felt less like a hotel shower and more like I accidentally unlocked a spa side quest. Towel game? Respectable. Not luxury-resort fluffy, not sandpaper gym towels either. Solid middle-of-the-road performance. Amenities-wise, the room leaned modern: * Plenty of USB and power outlets exactly where you want them * Large TV * Comfortable lounge seating * Clean, updated feel throughout Now, for context, Jen and I were there for a grand total of 9.5 hours ... and roughly 8 of those were spent asleep. That means the hotel accomplished its primary mission successfully. One important note, however: this is an old-school casino that still offers both smoking and non-smoking areas. If you're sensitive or allergic to cigarette smoke, keep that in mind before booking. Unfortunately, my fiancée's allergies flared up pretty badly during our stay, so it's worth considering if smoke exposure is a concern for you. Final verdict: The Point Casino & Hotel understands comfort better than it understands pillow aesthetics. Strong shower game, solid bed comfort, modern amenities, and a room that did exactly what we needed it to do. Those square pillows, however, are committing hospitality crimes against sleep posture.

The tower rooms are very conveniently attached to the casino and easy to get back-and-forth to your room. If you stay in a Resort Room, that building is not attached and you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the casino. I would say that that's the only downfall during the winter time of staying over there. But that is where the pool is so it just depends on what you're looking for at your stay. I have no complaints about the room, very clean and nice decor. My husband wished there was room service for breakfast the next morning but that is not available. I also wish they had valet parking. There is not nearly enough parking in the parking lot so if you don't find parking, you have to park in the parking garage and then walk all the way around back in to the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and the checkout process was easy. The second part of this review is going to be on the service from my work holiday party. The room was beautifully set up and the food was delicious. The staff that were coming around refilling water and taking plates were very attentive and friendly. We really liked Richard. The one employee that we encountered was the bartender assigned to our room. My first encounter from her I thought she was just having a bad day and I let it go. Not welcoming or friendly at all. Not even a smile. But as the night went on people started talking and it seemed everyone was having a not so good encounter from Robyn. She did not ID anyone all night, except my coworker that asked for a mocktail. She was rude to some people and unprofessional to others. It just progressively got worse. Yes the management will be reaching out to the contact they have at the casino to let them know. I was just so taken back about how somebody could go out of their way to be so rude at a fun holiday party. Other than that, the experience was great and I would highly recommend renting an event room there. Is it worth the drive?...yes
