I was looking for a place to stay in Whatcom County that was not in Bellingham and this seemed as good as any. Prices seemed really reasonable and everything was clean and comfortable. We were even alerted that if we signed up for a player's card we could save additional money until midnight on our already paid for room. There is tons of parking and they asked our preferences when choosing a room. Our room provided us with covid supplies like hand sanitizer and wipes, which was a nice touch. This is connected to the casino by an indoor hall, but you could certainly stay here and never set foot near the casino. We stayed a Saturday night and everything was pretty quiet. I liked that it had a gym and that the pool/hot tub/sauna had decent hours. Too many places have short hours, but this one was open til 11 pm, with hours for adults only after 9 pm. The casino is open 24 hours on the weekend, but my partner complained about the lack of table games later in the evening. There are a couple restaurants on site. It's nice to be able to take advantage of the complimentary coffee in the casino in the morning rather than having to worry about how to use the in room maker to make your own. read more

My significant other and I spent the weekend here as a change of pace to our normal routine. We were not at all disappointed and this is likely the best place we've stayed in a while. Reservation was made in person; discount provided with player's card. We chose the south tower to save a little cash, but received a free upgrade when the south tower was experiencing plumbing problems. Nice surprise. Our king room was well maintained, cleaned, and comfortable. The shower was a delight; shampoo/conditioner/body wash made me smell good and feel good. Noise was only a slight issue on account of room next door being full of kids. We used the pool, hot tub, and exercise room. They were reasonably clean following use from about 30 kids and their parents. Towels and garbage laying around. Sauna was out of order, but not marked as so. 21+ hours are in place, be sure to call front desk if there's an issue. Pool area is crumbling in some areas, could use some maintenance. I'd definitely stay here again or recommend to others. read more

I am giving this hotel a 5 star because in my case I travel a lot and when I ask for a quiet room , for some reason I receive the opposite! If you enjoy gambling or having a nice dinner but still want a nice quiet peaceful sleep this has to be the best place to do that . Very clean very peaceful very comfortable beds . Tons of Channels to watch on the tv and a really beautiful distant view to Lumi Island. I may just come out here once a month to enjoy a good nights sleep ! I recommend room 524 . read more

You would expect to recieve complementary service at the very least for booking a room that looks completely different than what was offered on their main website. Manager completely ignores the fact that it was a screw up and walks away to her "back office" like she has something to take care of everytime we tried to speak to her. If you are booking a room here for any events, be ready to overspend because the manager overpriced our room after the final charges for confronting her with the screw up. read more

My wife & I recently checked in @ this hotel recently when denied entry into Canada as we were unaware we needed a current negative COVID-19 test in addition to our other documents. Checked in to the Hotel for a four day business stay. They charged me $100 deposit even before I checked in. Got to the room and found out that they don't have a small fridge. The front desk brought one up and said there would be a $15 charge per day for the service. Asked for an ice bucket, and was surprised that they didn't charge for that. Overall the room is nice, but I'm wondering if they are going to charge me for each towel that I used. Gotta consider staying in Bellingham next time. read more
