Worse experience EVER!!!! Don't even know where to begin....from the masseuse who doesn't know the meaning of relaxation. She literally talked to me the ENTIRE 90 min session. Talked about everything from her wedding to her new dog. And then tried to sell me on the monthly program they have. REALLY???? DURING MY MASSAGE?!?!?! I have never experienced such a thing. All I wanted was to pass out during my massage but couldn't do that because of constant chatter!!! Also asked for Swedish but she decided I needed a deep tissue. I am in such ridiculous pain right now. Literally couldn't sleep last night. Was in tears during the session. Makes absolutely no sense. Proceeds to tell me that she doesn't care of Swedish because with just a cover up for the problem. Huh??? That's what I asked for. Imagine wanting no dying for the session to end to get the heck out of there. I will never return nor recommend this place. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Elements Massage. I found out about it through the Travelzoo app that had an AMAZING deal: $59 for 90 min massage. I scheduled 3 massages (I was with friends) about a week in advance and she honored the $59 deal over the phone. My therapist was Debbie. She was excellent! Before she got started, she asked me if I was having any pain and I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders. She really took her time and got all of my trigger points with Swedish Massage (you also have the option of deep tissue massage). At the end, she gave me some stretches to do to help loosen up when I feel tight. The receptionist was also very nice and accommodating. Great Customer service on everyone's part!! read more

Do NOT buy a gift card from this location. I went yesterday to purchase a gift card for Christmas. I ended up getting sold their holiday buy one get one half off promotion. But on second thought today, I decided it wasn't that great of a deal and wanted to return it. I went there today and the owner REFUSED to do the return. He said he does not take returns on gift cards. However, there was nothing he could show us in writing that says all sales are final or no returns on gift cards. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charges. What a horrible example of customer service! In the end, I am confident I'll get my money back, but I would not suggest buying from here unless your 10000% sure you're going to use their services. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! read more

I went for the first time today. For me, this place was just okay. This is in no way a insult to my therapist. She was a wonderful and kind woman. However, I felt that what should have been a relaxing massage was a massage on speed. I guess I'm used to therapists that move their hands slower. She was super fast and choppy. I used a gift card that was given to me over a year ago and Elements honored it. When I called for an appointment I was given one the same day. I have a painful pinched nerve for 7 weeks now. My muscles are so tight that it's making matters much worse. After a review of symptoms & past medical history Josh, the massage therapist who cared for me knew exactly the areas to work on. A true professional and gentleman. For the 1st time in 7 weeks I was actually pain free during parts of my session. I was in heaven. I paid more for this particular massage because it was in Boca...that was a huge mistake on my part. I was a new client upon walking in I noticed immediately the energy was very low. The receptionist was not helpful. The massage therapist ask no questions about what why I was there. She immediately pressed into my the back of my neck. Terrible Customer Service/ Scheduling! My wife called and made a reservation and gave her credit card to secure the appt. I called and rescheduled for another time. When I arrive for my appt., they tell me I am bumped to waiting list because I never gave my credit card??? Get a defensive, argumentative front-desk receptionist who needs Cust Service 101 training - they refuse to take ownership of their mistake. Never receive any call from the owner. Considering my wife and I were monthly customers there for 5 yrs and considering coming back, this place has gone down hill since the new management took over and their customer service is atrocious.The old manager was top-notch and would have addressed this immediately. The masseuse (Suzanne) gave the worst massage I've ever had. She started off by wanting to chat extensively which took time off the massage. I told her what areas were hurting (shoulder, upper back), and she insisted that my body is connected and therefore my pin could be caused by my gluteus being tight. She insisted on massaging my gluteus maximus. I asked that she please concentrate on the areas I mentioned and she continued to give me pushback insisting on massaging by gluteus. She left the room and a few seconds later as I was undressing she came in without even knocking, kept the door open and attempted to make some very awkward conversation as she peered in. The massage itself was terrible. I paid for aromatherapy and she forgot. After I mentioned this to her she left the room and left the door open to get the oil which took way longer than necessary. She proceeded to give a very bad massage while trying to make conversation the whole time. She constantly moved around, bumped into the bed, threw my arms while trying to reposition them, left a leg uncovered, and really didn't concentrate at all on my back where I told her to. Really terrible massage that may turn people off from getting professional massages. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional masseuse. Wish her the best but massaging is just not for her. read more

I work on my feet all the time so massages are a regular thing for me to keep my muscles relaxed. I was in boca visiting some family and decided to get a massage here since it was close to where I was staying. Joseph was fantastic. He asked me which area I wanted him to focus on and as oppose to previous therapists he actually heard my concerned and made sure I was satisfied with that area before moving somewhere else. He made sure the room was in the conditions I like, music volume and lighting dimness. His massage was very relaxing and soothing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. read more

The front office staff was great, but the therapist was creepy. The pressure he used was adequate, but the technique was awful. Fast movements, and sloppy. My eyes were open, and I couldn't relax. I have had many many massages in my lifetime, and I have never felt so uncomfortable. He pulled up the sheet several times and was not concerned with discreteness. Usually the therapist will make sure you are always covered as they move your body around, or you flip over, he was not concerned with making sure I was covered at all! Weird overall experience! I really like this place. The introductory price and membership rate are both very reasonable and a good value. It is located in a quiet and unassuming nook near Publix in the Polo Shoppes. It is very clean inside with a welcoming and cozy reception area. I am always welcomed warmly. The massage rooms are clean and a nice size so you have a place to put your things. I have tried a number of therapists and have my favorites but have never had a bad massage. I always walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in.
