My recent visit to Elements Massage has left me extremely disappointed. I had a great experience at this location a couple of months ago, which is why I was excited to notice a Groupon deal for a massage today. I decided to purchase it to get a discount and promptly called the location, provided my voucher code and information, and was quickly booked for a massage. Upon arrival, the manager took my voucher code once more and welcomed me in for my massage. However, when I was done and went to the front desk, the manager informed me that because I hadn't read the fine print on the Groupon, I would have to pay the difference as they don't accept customers who have visited within the past six months. I explained that I hadn't read this fine print and didn't think it was fair to be penalized for it. Instead of resolving the issue amicably, the manager threatened to ban me from the location unless I paid the difference to make up the full price. I was shocked by this level of customer service. I argued that it was the business's responsibility to check if I was an existing customer before validating the Groupon, not after the service was rendered. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, the manager doubled down on the threat to ban me. This type of horrendous customer service is unacceptable. Instead of doing the right thing by honoring the Groupon given their oversight, the manager chose to threaten me. This is the type of customer service you can expect from the management at this location. I am horrified by how they handled this situation. Not only did they lose me as a returning customer, but I would also not recommend this location to any of my family or friends, resulting in the loss of more potential customers. read more

I live in Pheasant Walk across from the Polo Club. I had company in town over the weekend and they wanted massages. I knew Elements was there but had never been, so I figured, what the heck- we could all go and try it out. So, I called & made appointments for the three of us to go at the same times. We all wanted different kinds of massages. I simply wanted relaxing, my friends wanted deep tissue & hotstones, the receptionist helped us out with all of that and explained the differences between therapists and styles (who knew?). We were told to arrive a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. and when we arrived we were all greeted with our choice of a hot or cold towel for our hands or faces! How cute is that! (they also offered a bottle of water while we waited). Catherine, Katia & Trent all get wonderful reviews from from us! I highly recommend this place. I made another appointment for next week. I was in Boca on vacation for a few days when I saw the sign for Elements. I walked in to find out some more information about their services and I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Robin knew exactly the massage I was looking for and which therapist best suited my needs. They were able to get me an appointment right then! My therapist gave me the most relaxing massage I've ever had while still working out my "kinks"! The whole experience from the time I walked in till the time I left was fabulous. I don't think I will ever go to any other massage spa other than elements. The studio is so relaxing and clean, as soon as you walk in you are already at peace. I like to try all their massage therapist each have the own unique style and technique. The receptionist always try to match me with the right therapist to meet my specific needs. I decided to try this place out because it is right near my house and I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW! The massage therapist was absolutley amazing and very consultative. She asked throughout the massage if she was targeting the correct areas and adjusted pressure accordingly. The massage therapist, Melissa, did a great job applying the needed pressure to get all the knots out of my back. AMAZING massage! My therapist had been in the industry for YEARS and even taught massage for a while! Wow-- talk about really knowing your stuff. I feel educated on how my body works now. My masseuse was Isabel and it was great. I've been having lower back pain for a few days and she helped eliminate some of the pain and swelling.
