I did not knowingly authorize this membership and requested a copy of the agreement or documentation showing my authorization. To date, I have not received it. I am also concerned that I was charged $79 for the months in which I used the two massages covered by my $138 promotional purchase. As of today, I still have not received a refund or the funds back on my credit card. Why has this not been resolved? I have been a loyal customer for years, so this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected transparency, proper documentation, and a timely resolution.
