First, they have a bed layout for pregnant woman in which you are able to lay belly down which I haven't been able to do in 9 months and it felt amazing!! I recently called in for an examination and for immediate assistance. Called early in the morning inquiring about any cupping massage therapy and I was kindly assisted by a receptionist who recommended that I get in with Charles. The receptionist promptly booked me for a noon appointment that same afternoon and I can't explain how thankful I am for the great experience. She set me up with Charles, WOW! He is next level and I see why the receptionist instantly recommended him. This visit saved / renewed me after dealing with some major back discomfort I was dealing with for over a week! Not going to lie, I didn't love it. The front desk was very nice and service was prompt but the massage was very, meh. I got the trigger point massage and told my therapist (Veena) what my problem areas were (lower back and neck/shoulders), but that I wanted a full body massage with firm pressure, just some emphasis on those areas. What I got was an incredibly repetitive back massage with a few minutes on my legs. Maybe that's the type of massage I don't know but I kid you not, the therapist rolled her forearm slowly up and down each side of my back at least 20 times per side. Just the same thing over and over again. No change in rhythm, area, nothing. Probably a good 30 minutes of just that. No special attention on my lower back which was my biggest problem area. When I say 30 seconds we're spent on each calf I wish I was kidding. It was just, not that enjoyable. Maybe it served it's purpose I don't know, but I certainly wouldn't get it again nor would I request the same therapist. She was nice, but I did not really enjoy this massage. read more

I made an appointment for a massage today. When I arrived at my appointment I was refused service due to working around Covid patients in full protective gear. The lady kindly said she would reschedule my appointment for a later date that due to CDC recommendations they cannot treat anyone that has been around Covid positive people in the last two weeks regardless of protective equipment. So I guess I would need to take two weeks off work during a pandemic just to get a massage through your company? No thanks. (Especially the blonde- I didn't catch her name, but she answered any questions I had and was super helpful!) Started the experience off on a very positive note. I was in need of a massage due to a sharp pain in my neck. I decided on Elements because of it being so close to my work. Jill was my massage therapist and she is Amazing. She knew exactly how to relieve the sharp pain and gave helpful tips for making it better. I went back the following week and after that session the sharp pain went away. Jill is a life saver, I couldn't take much more of the sharp pain. Im so grateful for her strong hands and knowledge of how to help me. I purchased a Groupon and went in for a prenatal massage tonight. Upon arrival, the receptionist was nice and had me fill out some new client paperwork. One of the papers asked questions about my pregnancy. I checked the box that I am considered "high risk" and wrote in why. When called back by my masseuse, Sherri she apologized for sounding sick said she currently has "laryngitis". I asked her if she was contagious and she said no. She began asking me some questions about my pregnancy and I ended up explaining that I am high risk, but my OB has cleared me for prenatal massage. As soon as she heard the words, "high-risk" she freaked out a little and said that she couldn't do my massage and I would have to reschedule. She then walked me back to the receptionist who rescheduled me to see Mirek because she is sure that he is certified. I requested a female masseuse, but she said she would have to call her to find out if she is certified and then call me back tomorrow. To summarize, I think some major policy changes need to take place. Why are they scheduling pregnant women to be seen by sick massage therapists? If only some of their massage therapist feel comfortable or can work on women with high-risk pregnancies, why don't they ask this information when the client schedules her appointment? Why did I fill out a form about my pregnancy if my masseuse didn't even read it? I mean really, I drove an hour total with an aching back and got no massage. I don't want to be rude, but I am really sketched out about getting a prenatal massage here. Best case scenario for me would be to cancel my scheduled appointment with Mirek and have the full price I paid for the Groupon refunded. I would feel more comfortable going to a place that specializes in prenatal massage (like Belly Bliss or Well-Rounded Mama) so that I know my baby and I will both be safe. read more

NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I took my husband there for his birthday and never did I regret something so much!!! We had a couple's massage, and the one who had my husband was an overweight gentleman who kept snorting, having to stop due to breathing issues, and the lady who took me had a cold, kept coughing and sneezing, wiping her face with her hand and proceeded to keep going with the massage which to me is just all kinds of nasty. I didn't say anything at the time because first, I couldn't believe it, second, it was his birthday and I didn't want to ruin the day for him. He is a 32 year retired LAPD Detective, now a Sergeant here in Vegas, and I felt a good massage would help ease tension and stress that he deals with on a daily basis. They didn't seem to enthusiastic before, during, and after. I will never go there again. I think I will just drive down to California. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years and unfortunately today was my last time. I brought my good friend and we were both very disappointed with our experience. Mine was fine but definitely one of the lowest quality massages I've got. She did the same repeated "up swipe" on my back for 20 minutes plus. Did not switch up the motions or even go in different directions. Just the same stroke for 20 minutes. She rushed with the rest of the parts and even stopped 5 minutes early even when we started a couple minutes late. This was my friend's first massage ever. He was so excited to get a deep tissue and to get a deep pressure on his muscles. He asked for deep hard pressure but the masseuse said she wasn't able to do hard and only does a certain type of therapeutic. He was very disappointed with the massage and said it didn't relieve any muscle tension. Overall we were disappointed with today's massages. read more

I have been a member here for the past three, maybe four years. While I have had some good massages here, I have to say that the quality of the massage therapists here has gone way down hill! You cannot just call on the same day and book a massage. If you do get one, it's usually because it is one of their newer therapists. It's hit or miss as to how good of a massage you'll get. Some of their therapists don't massage much, instead they have you do all kinds of stretches with them. I like a medium pressure massage, and most of the time when I ask a therapist to press lighter or go deeper they do. However, I was just there yesterday and I had the absolute worst massage that I have ever had! It was like a lotion application! Very little pressure and she went so slow I was actually contemplating on just getting up and leaving. I did tell her to press harder, but the only way she knew how to do that was by sliding her arm very slowly down my back. She started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. So it's not really an hour massage, it's more like 45 minutes.Then when she found an area that was sore she said she wasn't supposed to massage it! For the first time ever in my life, I didn't tip! I'm not paying $69.00 for a lotion rub down. You couldn't even call it a Swedish massage! I e-mailed the business' contact form as soon as I got home, but didn't get a response today, and I left my number for Cheri to call me. Still no phone call tonight, so today I'm yelping to tell you all about it. Ricky & Marylin are two good massage therapists there, but it's hard to get them unless you plan in advance. read more

We had a Groupon for 2 massages. This was for my birthday. We have another regular place but wanted to try somewhere new. Sadly, I won't be back. My husband said his massage was decent. My masseuse was a lot of talk. I was expecting much more. I would say at least 75% of my massage was more pressure on pressure points. There was very little actual massaging happening. I also am quite sure my therapist was on their phone at least twice. Once when they were right next to my side, I heard faint clicking. At 1st I thought they were possibly adjusting the heating pad BUT when they were "massaging" my feet, they just sat there with 1 hand squeezing my foot for several minutes, no manipulation whatsoever, same for the other foot. Most of my "massage" they only had 1 hand on me & every so often as they were applying pressure with 1 hand, they would do a slight stroke here & there with the other. Was feeling a lot of lower back pain while I was at work this morning, so my husband called & made me an appointment. My massage therapist was Jen. She was amazing! Always making sure I was comfortable & relaxed. There was a yelp promo for 3 hour massages for $150. Wasn't really planning on purchasing anything more than my one massage, but it's a good deal & the massage was great. I also inquired about their membership. I like that it's month to month & not a contract like other certain massage franchises. So I'll be back in a month for another relaxing & back pain relieving massage. read more

I will NEVER return to Elements in Henderson. Short version: Without permission, they enrolled me in (and charged me for) a monthly membership, they did not cancel the membership when explicitly directed, and they "lost" all of my information (contact info and massage credits). Long version: I paid for a simple gift of six massages (one per month). Once the six months was up, my relationship with this business was to be severed. Instead, they began charging my card each month for a monthly massage membership service AFTER the termination of the gift plan. Once I discovered what they were doing, they did not refund my money. Instead, they left a "credit" for the unused massages on my account. Because I (foolishly) saw the massages as valuable, I decided to keep the monthly massage membership for a few more months. When I decided I no longer wanted to pay for monthly massages, I called to cancel. They told me I had to come to the business in person to cancel the service. Guess what happened next? The next month, they charged my card AGAIN. The manager informed me that there had been some changes in the staff and assured me that Elements would make everything right with my account. Subsequently, I was not offered my money back; instead, I was offered massage credit. I advised her that she needed to remove my credit card information from their system that day. I was not going to go through an unauthorized card charge a THIRD time. I made an appointment and went in the next week to use up one of my many massage credits. When I arrived at the business to redeem one of my massages, the receptionist informed me that there was NO record of me. And by no record, I want to be clear. There was no record of my ever having been a customer OR of my massage credits. Just like the previous experiences, the owner refused to contact me. I have not been back since that time. Even now, they owe me a number of massages that I will not redeem. I am happy to be done with this business. EDIT May 2013 Long after the experience and reading the response from the owner, I sent an email (on 5/6) to her about my frustrations and my experiences. I asked her if I had been given accurate information when I was told that my account (with all of my massage credits) had been deleted. The manager contacted me on 5/24. She remembered me and my situation. She informed me that she found my information in their system and reinstated my account and my massage credits. read more

It's 5 stars now. I recently had Jessie work on me and she was also wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and could tell where and why I have been getting headaches b/c of inflammation in my neck. This girl knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. She focused on problem areas that she was able to identify and my tense muscles felt the most relaxed they ever have when our session was over. Having someone get to know my body and what it needs is important to me and why I'll keep returning to Elements. Elements is like Massage Envy in that it is a "massage club" with cheaper prices if you become a member. It is not like Massage Envy, however, in the fact that it is not pushy if you don't want to become a member, and it doesn't look like there are membership fees like at Massage Envy. I would give them 5 stars for the excellent service they provided me before the massage (a disaster with scheduling and a Groupon) and for not pushing me to become a member. My massage was pretty relaxing and needed, and Lena did a great job of working out the knots. I will be back and even consider joining their membership club. read more

I've been a member at Elements Therapeutic Massage for almost 2 years now. Like many of the massage places out there, it is all about which therapist you get. My therapist is Suzana, and she offers the best massage I've ever received. To put that into perspective, I've had nearly 250 massages in my life, from 26 different therapists. I am a firm believer that massage is more than a luxury. The release of tension within the muscles that comes with a good massage has been scientifically proven to improve brain function, productivity, alertness, and overall health. I am kind of a massage aficionado, so for me to say the Suzana gives the best massage I've ever had, that is the highest praise I can give. She is also incredibly friendly, professional, and has an innate understanding of when i feel like chatting during a massage, or when I just want to lay there and relax. This place is similar to Massage Envy with monthly memberships that come with one massage per month, and you can add more massages if you like. If you do not use your massage for that month, it rolls over as a credit for the next month. Their rates are about $10 per month more than massage Envy, but the quality of their staff is better. Massage Envy tends to hire directly out of Massage Schools, while Elements hires people who have at least a year of experience. Since they pay their people a little better, they tend to get a higher quality of therapists. Give them a call and book a massage with Suzana, You will not be disappointed. read more

I visited this Elements Massage on Eastern the day after Christmas for a Deep Tissue massage. I previously had an excellent experience at the Summerlin location the same time last year so thought I'd give the Groupon and the new location a shot. I purchased a Groupon originally for $54 but after a discount, it brought the total further down to $38. AMAZING value given the cleanliness of the establishment and quality of massage. The facility seemed a little smaller than Summerlin but same great service checking in as well as the massage. The location is not large or easy to spot; its in the Sola Salon/Lowe's shopping center very close to Sola on your left. I had Connie as my therapist, she was very friendly and did a fantastic job on my massage. Perfect amount of pressure for deep tissue. Overall, this is a simple salon with updated furnishings. If you're looking for additional amenities as part of your massage experience, I would opt for one of the resort spas. But I will DEFINITELY be back, thank you Elements Massage! read more

Just received a massage today. I came in for 90 minute "deep tissue" massage and got a Swedish super light pressure massage. I would have rather went somewhere else and paid a little more for deep tissue. I used a $100 spa finder gift card for my massage that ended up being $89 after the promotion they were running. She used both of my cards and told me I would have an $11 credit on my account for when I come back next. I asked her what if I don't want to come back??
