Michael at Massage Customs is amazing.I had a 2 custom stretch and neck/shoulders massage that would top even the massages I have had at Wynn. He really takes the time to get to know you and your ailments. I have had pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders that have been constant for about 5 weeks. Most therapists see me as a tiny person and don't use enough pressure(as I am pretty flexible). Michael was super patient, attentive, and most importantly LISTENED. I have to say, I am completely blown away by Michael. I have a pretty high standard when it comes to massage - my previous masseuse on the east coast is the personal massage therapist for A-list celebs including Steven Tyler, Stevie Nicks, Sting, Justin Timberlake, Brittney Spears, Ozzy Osborne, etc. I just moved to the area and was looking for a therapist to help with headaches, migraines, and trouble sleeping. My naturopath suggested I get massage to help with neck tension contributing to these issues. I found Massage Customs on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment, it was Michael who picked up the phone. I explained what was going on, and that I was looking to work with someone experienced to trust in this sensitive process. I was super grateful to hear he had availability in two days time and booked the spot. Michael's communication was consistent and clear, from making sure I found the location to our intake process. I felt him genuinely listening to my history and what triggers the headaches, and appreciate the time he took to ask important questions before we began. The actual massage - was THE BEST of my life!! Wow. Just wow. His touch is strong yet gentle, and I felt totally relaxed and safe in his hands; even in the vulnerable and sensitive spots. He checks in about pressure throughout the massage, although I felt he was accurate and intuitive the whole time. He found the perfect ways to work out trigger point pain and I was completely blissed out the whole time. I've now received two massages from him, and I will be going back as often as possible! I could hardly believe how much shifted in the first massage. I didn't even realize how much pain I was in until I left our appointment, even looking over my shoulder when I change lanes while driving was easy. I didn't know it was hurting; but so many movements feel more free and mobile. I finally slept well for the first time in 2-3 weeks. Both times I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. So much has been relieved! And my roommate booked an appointment a couple days after me, and agrees that Michael is the real deal. Furthermore, I have to say - some people have 'the touch' and some people don't. I feel his ability to read what's going on underneath the skin and intuition on what needs to be worked out is magical. Michael has got that special something, and I am just completely blown away. Found them on Classpass and got an incredible massage today from Michael! Feel like I've been through all the mediocre massage places in Vegas and a lot of them are fine but don't really help me when it comes to pain management for recurring issues with my shoulders, back, and neck. Coming from someone who gets massages every couple of weeks and in many different locations, I'm really picky. But at Massage Customs I got probably the best massage I've ever had! Michael has magic hands! Michael was nice, professional, and really knew his stuff. Liked how he sat with me at the beginning to discuss my issues and history. Once he started the massage he knew exactly what to do to address the areas that I had told him about. He spent lots of extra time on my problem areas and used therapeutic techniques that left me feeling light and absolutely pain and tension free. But he still left extra time to cover my full body, which I prefer. It was really a perfect therapeutic massage and they are definitely the best place I've been to in terms of pain management. Pressure was perfect- very deep but never painful at all. I was so impressed with how he used techniques that I've never had done before, and he was great at making sure that massaging problem areas, which could have been painful, never went beyond a level of mild discomfort that immediately turned into relief from tension. The comfy heated/motorized massage bed was a nice touch. Only wanted the massage to be longer and he said that next time I could definitely upgrade my time. I reeeeally hope they stay on Classpass because I would easily become a regular. The only thing I would tell others to look out for is that they seem to be in an area where my phone got spotty internet service, because I was trying to leave a tip via Venmo and it just wouldn't work. My brother found this place and gifted a 1 hour massage to me. I booked a 90 minute massage with Michael. Scheduling is done online and the site is very easy to navigate. There are plenty of reminders via email and text in case you are not good at calendaring your schedule. The therapist sent a text early in the day to confirm. Upon arrival, the therapist requests that you text to be given entry to the facility. The place is clean, relaxing and has a nice vibe. The room is spacious and comfortable. Michael is a very skilled therapist and I felt quite rejuvenated after the session. There are different add-ons, such as cupping, aroma therapy and hot stone. Pricing is what I would expect for a 90 minute session. It was worth every penny. Massage Customs will be my go to every time I am in Vegas. read more

Their website is very un user friendly and it's very difficult to make an appointment. The front door is always locked and you have to wait in your car until they come out to get you. So you either attempt to book online or you leave a message and someone calls you back to book an appointment. The setting is relaxing and the two massage therapists my family and I have tried were very good and educated. I went in with back pain and could barely move and was able to move after an hour massage and was educated on exercises I could do to help my pain. Heather is by far is the best and truly amazing. Had my first massage at Massage Customs. My entire experience was amazing! I booked one for myself and a couples massage for my mom and her boyfriend. My mom saw Noel and said that he was amazing and got all of the knots out of her back and that she was able to fully relax. Her boyfriend and I both had Madi back to back and she was wonderful. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever received. My therapist was Madi. What an amazing professional she is. Madi took the time to understand what was going on, and set my expectations accordingly. Most massage places ask, but then proceed to give you the same generic massage they always do. Madi did not. She tailored the massage to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Do not let her small size fool you, this gal packs a punch (in the best of ways). Within the first 5 minutes of the massage I knew Madi is a real pro. I received a two hour massage for the first time from Michael and it was wonderful! Michael was very professional and asked me what my needs were before the massage. I have lower back and neck pain from sitting in a chair in front of my computer all day so he was able to focus on those parts during the massage. The massage itself was great -- he made sure that the pressure was not too soft or painful throughout the experience and applied a firm consistent pressure that massaged and relaxed all my muscles. He is a strong guy and could have destroyed me if he wanted to which I will probably ask for the next time I go back but I just wanted to take it a little easy for the first time. I had a phenomenal massage today with massage therapist NOEL. I woke up this morning with an awful knot in my back. I called Massage Customs and they had a few open appointments. I was literally able to schedule an appointment in an hour from the time I called. When I arrived I was immediately greeted. I did the basic paperwork and Noel took me back. We discussed my concerns and where I wanted the massage to focus. Noel was professional and friendly. The massage was amazing. Noel worked on my back, focusing on the knot which was causing my pain. The pressure was perfect and Noel made sure that it was by asking. Noel also stretched me out a bit which also helped. The 60 minute massage flew by. I got off the table and immediately I could tell the knot in my back was much better. Checkout was a breeze. I was presented with their membership plan (which I am seriously considering).
