I had Cole and she was absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of pressure. The masseuse my husband got could have applied more pressure, even after a verbal request. Went in and got a 90 minute massage from Paige and it was a great experience. The two women at the front desk were very nice and friendly. When Paige came and got me for my massage, we quickly went over what I was looking to get out of my time which was a super deep tissue massage on the knots in my back, shoulders, and neck--and she came through big time. Her massage hurt so good haha. She made sure I was always comfortable with the pressure she was using and went as hard as she could to help with my shoulders and I loved it. I will definitely be back again to see her. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone, specifically to Paige if they're looking for a deep tissue massage. Michael, Your emails were volatile and offensive from the very start and you treated me like a CRIMINAL like I was looking to take advantage of a small business owner and NOT Pay. I didn't walk out without paying because I refused, that was NEVER MY INTENTION and I NEVER REFUSED to pay for services so please don't act like you don't know what you did. It's quite passive aggressive! I made it very clear from the moment I arrived of my intentions to have Progressive billed for my service. I called beforehand and asked questions and made sure that the billing could be done and I was told YES. Unfortunately, I unknowingly called another location. I gave you the information necessary to make a simple investigation into your recorded calls as you stated you would be HAPPY TO DO. I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that I didn't have the financial means necessary to pay out of pocket. When I should up I showed the paperwork, which I attached in the emails response to you, when I showed up and in this review too. If it wasn't allowed then the services shouldn't have been performed. The ladies knew my situation and knew that I DIDN'T have the financial means necessary to pay for the massage. They shouldn't have allowed me to go back then if it wasn't allowed. What surprises me even more was the HORRIFIC massage I had and after I let you know you still FORCED, BULLIED and THREATENED me into paying even after you knew of the TERRIBLE MASSAGE. This is NOT, in my opinion, how you treat your customers. You were offensive and rude to me from the first email you sent me. I find your customer service terrible. Elements Massage was perfect from booking with a therapist to finalizing at check out. My therapist was Naomi and she was great. I've had many deep tissue massages over the years and she did great. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines also stiff shoulders from working on computers all day and Naomi really listened to my problem areas and relieved the tightness. She continuously checked in with me if pressure was too hard or too soft. Setting was nice and relaxed and the business itself is very spa like and relaxing. Please do not go here!! I went there today for my first massage and had to walk out less than half way through. The message felt like it was being given by a twelve year old and I needed to leave because the therapist was actually hurting my back. When I got up to exit she grabbed me and wouldnt let me leave unless I tipped her!!! How absurd!! She was screaming "tip please! , tip please!!" Jordan's deep tissue massage went a long way toward resolving my sciatic pain, she really knows what she's doing and packs quite a punch! Right now I am seeing Ken and he's very knowledgeable and great if you have injuries or conditions such as carpal tunnel or tendonitis. Only rating 3 stars because while my masseuse seemed very educated in pressure points and such- it was almost a joke when she actually massaged my back. I came in because of terrible back pain from a mattress. My masseuse was suppose to be the best there for deep tissue/pain relief. I kept thinking it was a joke when she massaged my back- but not so much. Everything else was fantastic. I just wasn't completely pleased with the care received. I was scheduled at 445, I went back at 448 was in my car pulling out of the parking lot headed home at 612. I read numerous positive reviews about this place and decided to give this massage place a try. I set an appointment up for my upper back pain that I have been experiencing and happened to mentioned that it would be my first time receiving a massage. [From the Elements chain, mind you, not overall massage.] I spent roughly $74 dollars, with a new members rate and a pressured gratuity. [I forgot to pull out cash and ended up having to put it on my card, where I had to spoke how much I wanted to give with the blaring sign of "accepted" rates in front of me.] This place was nothing quite that special. After the hour long massage, I left feeling quite tired and refreshed. That changed within probably an hour. I felt the same as before. I was able to write a review for the place through an email that they sent me and I expressed my concern. I was received with what seems to be a snarky email reply that my "body is not used to it" nor would massages "cure everyones aches and pains". However, being that I have experienced a few massages before from other places, normally pain does not return until roughly a week or so afterwords. Not as immediately as it did this place. I highly recommend taking business somewhere else. I was offered a newbie rate again, but I might as well take my money somewhere else or the doctor that they kindly recommended me to. read more

We have been members here for the last year. The girls who work at the front desk are always very friendly and accommodating to both me and my husband. I've always had good massages here and honestly I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to getting massages. Recently the girl I've always gone to see left so I made an appointment (Tuesday 3/7) and was kind of nervous. I booked an hour and a half massage w/ the Himalayan salt stones w/ Jen and I have to say it was one of the best massages I have ever received!!!
