The location is in a building with other suites, which can be hard to find, but they let you know ahead of time. When I was getting ready for the massage I heard other people that worked in the building yelling down the hallway at each other which I was concerned about noise during the massage, but when the massage actually took place it was quiet and relaxing, so it wasn't an issue.

Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future.
