I think the owner could spend some money to make the interiors a lot nicer with the amount of money you pay. The shower was very dark and no shampoo or conditioner. Can't use the hot tub and the floors felt dirty. There was gravel underneath my feet from the hot tub. All in all can't complain but that's the down and dirty of it !

I just went the other day and seen Nancy because I had her before. So we both understood eachother and laughed it off. Im all for trying to make things right and not be to judgemental because just like the day I was having, she was too. Life happens! And to make it VERY clear I went that time for a 60 minute through a Groupon so it only cost me $67.50. She was very nice and gave a little extra time because again she got interrupted A LOT and had to keep stopping. I paid for my session and even tipped her $30 because again I understand life happens and we both had seen better days, so I thought. So i went again Now this time I went i paid FULL price plus a 3 dollar card fee for a 90 min session. $108 with the same lady. I wanted 3:30 they askAgain, she had to stop a few times for being interrupted, and again I didn't feel any way about it because maybe they are just busy and by the way this time i wasn't on my phone. The session ended. I was giving her a 20% tip and im not even obligated to do that. But then she looks at me and goes "oh you can tip more bigger, longer time more tip" I look at her for a second went in my wallet an i pulled out some more one dollars. I dont even remember how many because by this time i was already pissed! How do you tell someone what they can and cant "tip" its a tip! After I already paid FULL PRICE AND A FEE FOR THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. Im a person that likes quality over quantity. I like to stick and invest in one place and person once im settled. Im a very very loyal customer. And when I can i go above and beyond for that person because I genuinely respect what you do. Sometimes might be more then others but I always got you. I don't like to write reviews because im not that person. However this did not sit right with me at all. Im a mom, i work with the elderly on the daily in their homes and I take care of my siblings my days a long and i barely get me time. I dont want anyone else to feel like I did in that moment when your just trying to relax and escape reality for a little. And the sad part i should have went to the reviews in the beginning everyone is experiencing the same thing an all i see is them saying "im sorry we will look in to that and address it" but obviously still don't. So thats my own fault! Lesson learned the worst $130+ I spent in a very long time!!

He massaged the top of my chest, which I have not experienced before and my fully exposed buttocks. This is all embarrassing to discuss as I didn't speak up and I blame myself for 'letting' this happen. As time passed I began to wonder if any of what I experienced was 'normal' or 'okay ' so much so I began googling appropriate massage behaviors. They close the door for me to prepare for the massage and lay on the table, which I did. Then the door was obviously locked because the male was shaking the door handle as if he was trying to pull it off the door and yelling "it's locked". Obviously. So I had to get up and get dressed while he's still pulling on the door handle, yelling. I was no longer relaxed and was totally annoyed by the whole situation. The same woman who didn't give me my choice, followed me to the door as I told her I wasn't getting the massage. The receptionist was courteous, warm, and kind, which immediately made me feel welcome. And then there was Joy. I was a deep neuromuscular massage therapist for years, so I'll admit, I'm VERY picky about my massages. Joy listened carefully to what I asked for, but what impressed me even more was her intuition. She trusted what she was feeling through her hands and found areas that needed attention even when I hadn't specifically pointed them out. That kind of instinct and skill is rare but something I truly appreciate. After moving myself and helping move my mom to a new location at essentially the same time, my body was exhausted and my stress level had been high for weeks.
