Great place to get a massage definitely relieve any tension and stresses from your body I've seen Karen here several times for 60 and 90 min massage. Every time she does an amazing job. I try the go every two weeks but sometimes with life's busy schedule it's hard. I had a car accident years ago and that pain comes back over and over this massage is VERY helpful. This place is a serious operation! Very impressive. I wasn't sure what to expect my first time there but this place is no joke. It's big, it's spacious, they offer so many services, they have an absolutely enormous staff and all the front desk people are just amazing. You have to know that I am not even into massage. Massages don't impress me and I'm certainly not going to go for someone to hurt me in some therapeutic massage. But I had some free gift cards given to me And I have developed absolutely crippling knots underneath my shoulder blade that was literally devastating and my daily life from sleep, to getting dressed to simply sitting. I got set up with this young guy named Kody (sp). He hasn't even doing it for all that long and actually said that he has never seen knots as bad as mine ever and didn't even think they could ever get as bad as what I was dealing with. But he worked at them and didn't give up and worked them out by more than 50% to the point where I actually slept really good for the first night and months. I'm getting better thanks to him and going to get it worked on some more shortly and try their float sessions too. For the first time ever, I'm actually looking forward to going to get a massage. I had my first ever massage here with Michelle. I was very uncomfortable going in not sure what to expect or how undressed I'd have to be. Michelle made me very at ease and answered all my questions. She did a really great job hitting pressure points and relieving the tension and knots that have built up from my awkward work from home space. I will definitely go back to see her some more. I haven't had a professional massage for awhile, and I had never been to elements but had heard great things, especially about this specific location. My expectations were met and then some! COVID protocols were put into place, and were seamless and quick. The check in process is easy, and you aren't sitting waiting for very long. I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told I wasn't even on their schedule. This was the first sign I should have run! They called me later that same day and said they had a cancellation and could get me in for a 60 min massage. My masseuse was just okay and I rescheduled with another therapist for a 90 minute massage a few weeks later because I really wanted to like this place. The 90 min massage was seriously the worst massage I have ever had! I told her I wanted firm pressure and it just felt like she was with rubbing lotion into my skin. My muscles weren't getting worked out at all. I seriously could have given a better massage myself. I wonder if the massage person I had was even professionally trained. I have received a lot of massages in my life and I certainly don't recommend wasting your money. On the plus side, the front desk staff was nice. read more

Elements is fantastic! I reserved a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. Everyone was very friendly and yet straight to the point. We had one sheet of paper to fill out and then we were in to our massage. Both therapists were very attentive to us and really made us feel comfortable. I figured I would be pressured to purchase a monthly membership after my massage but I wasn't, which was pleasantly surprising. We will certainly return, perhaps for the membership! read more

I utilize her expertise (as well as several other deep tissue massage therapists) and service to maintain overall muscular health, as I'm training everyday and take a beating as a result. She skillfully works out adhesions and prevents contractures, which have the potential to be injurious if I let them progress too long. I am a frequent flyer at Elements. I started with insurance massage but found it so therapeutic I also bought a membership so I go about twice per month. I have experienced nearly every therapist there and they are all professional and know how to find and work out all the trouble spots. I also like that they accomodate me bringing my own music or scented oil when I am not in mood for standard piped in mellow.
