Went here on a Sunday night around 7PM, and was happily surprised to see so many people eating here at this time. Ordering was easy on their digital tablet. they had tables both inside and outside, and since the air-conditioning was cranked, we decided to eat outside. It was so nice that their staff delivered the food to our table. I got their Elechik'n sandwich and fries, while my daughter chose the Thai Sweet Chili Grain Bowl and an Oreo shake. Overall, everything tasted great, except I felt their sandwich was a bit salty. This isn't fine dining by any means, it's more of a vegan fast food restaurant. I love that they had various vegan and animal rights magazines on the counter for patrons to read. Also, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We learned that this location recently got a soft serve ice cream machine and they can make sundaes. We'll have to try that another time! read more

I try and come to this place whenever I am I town. I've had it a few times now and I think it's a very good fast food vegan joint. I usually end up getting the buffalo cauliflower bowl. I've had it as cauliflower and have subbed the cauliflower for chik'n and both are pretty good. I've also had one of the Chik'n burgers which also tasted good but I think the salad is more flavorful. I also prefer the tots over the fries. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The folks working here are usually pretty nice although on this recent visit the lady working the register seemed a bit annoyed. I'll chuck it up as a bad day. They had quite the choices on the menu. I ordered the SoCal Wrap, the Mammoth burger (black bean), and the Thai Crunch Bowl. The burger was rather small and tasted okay, I guess it's suppose to be the vegan counter part to McDonald's Big Mac. The Thai Crunch bowl tasted okay, I liked the texture and the taste of the tofu. But the real winner was the SoCal wrap with the Meatie (mushroom) Chicken which you couldn't taste that it was mushroom, the texture was so much like chicken! Plus it was surprisingly very good, very hearty and the cabbage, lettuce, corn and other veggies in it complemented the overall taste of the wrap! The workers here were very accommodating in answering our questions and asked if we needed anything and the service was nice. The chicken tenders were good. They use impossible burger for the burgers but you can choose black bean patty or other options. The portion of the food does not justify the price though. I'd come back for that wrap! I liked that they had so many options to accommodate my food allergies. The ambiance was warm and inviting; the lighting in particular was bright but still diffuse. As you can see from the photos, we had fun! I had a Thai Crunch salad (which included Grilled Tofu, Mixed Greens, Cucumber, Edamame, Pickled Slaw, Red Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Crispy Chickpeas, Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette) and my friend had a Buffalo Cauliflower salad (Hand-Battered Buffalo Cauliflower (or Chik'n), Crispy Chickpeas, Pickled Slaw, Mixed Greens, Roasted Corn, Avocado, Tomatoes, Homemade Ranch Dressing). I'm not a huge fan of the brand impossible. If it's used by restaurants I like for them to add additional seasoning to it. One plus is that all options can be turned into gluten free for those who need that or want to try. I also wanted more bbq sauce and crispy onions. The bites- I didn't expect a semi dry rub. I would have preferred it to be saucy. The crust was crispy and so was the actual cauliflower. I guess I'm used to the other cauliflower bites from other places being deep fried or cooked too long because it comes out tender. These didn't melt in my mouth the way I would've wanted. The shake is super thick and delicious. Get it! The bowl - it was lacking in flavor. Definitely gave off sweet green vibes. Came here one afternoon with my husband and ordered the Buffalo Chik'n Burger, SoCal Wrap (with Chik'n), and Cauli Wings. Both the burger and wrap were delicious--the flavors were spot on, and the Chik'n was fantastic. We had a great experience at their sister restaurant, Spirit Elephant, which led us to try Elephant and Vine. The Cauli Wings, while flavorful and spicy, had way too much sauce. A little adjustment there would go a long way. One thing that felt off was the use of black plastic utensils, which seems out of place at a vegan spot focused on environmental consciousness. Additionally, serving Coke and Sprite doesn't align with the health-focused values often associated with veganism. A shift to more eco-friendly utensils and natural beverage options would make a lot more sense for a vegan restaurant. read more

The mammoth burger here was pretty tasty but definitely a messy one. Also tried the SoCal chik'n wrap which was a little too juicy and on the sweeter side with the corn and sauce. Still had a nice, cool refreshing crunch with iceberg lettuce and plenty of veggies. Definitely ordered a single patty and sweet potato fries and got a double and regular fries. The counter girl basically walked away while we were paying and never returned. Not friendly service in the slightest but the place has cute decor and a full menu of veggie opts. This is a decent plant-based fast food restaurant. We enjoyed all of our food. None of it quite jumped off the page, but it all felt above average and above board. Even the fries tasted better than expected, even though they're the more typical thin style of fries. The inside is nice to dine in, though it's on the loud side.
