It's rare to find such a good company. I began by wanting to replace my pool liner, but as I worked on the 32 year old Lomart pool, it became clear that I had gotten all I could from it. Kelsey got me a new 24 foot round pool and installed it. It took one day to put in, and he came back to hard plumb it when I got the parts. One of the pieces was cracked, so he came back that day and fixed the problem. I've had that happen with PVC, there can be a tiny crack that doesn't show up until there's water pressure. That tells me that the follow-up service is excellent. I removed the old pool myself and partially cleared the area for Kelsey, Mark, and Jason to work. They arrived about 1/2 hour early and were gone by 4:30. They partially filled the pool and cut in the skimmer and return. Overall, they did an outstanding job. I'm loving having a pool again. He came to my house in person.He gave me a price and I decided to move forward He came on Thursday to start the job. I seen them arrive to my house. A couple of minutes later they start leaving. Our above ground vinyl pool liner bit the dust, and since this was our first time dealing with it, my hubby and I thought we could easily replace it - it's gotta just be like changing a giant trash bag, right? Nope. The answer is no. It is not like changing a giant trash bag. Being a homeowner makes you dangerously confident in DIY. So we got about 1/3 of the way (removing the old liner) and that's when we realized we were in over our heads. We didn't realize how complicated it would be by having to keep things in tracks, all the while the cylinder is flopping around. It was just a cluster-F. We decided it was time to call someone before we ruined the pool completely. I found Elephant Pools and gave them a call and was able to get them scheduled for a week or two out. They came out on the day they said they would and the two-man crew were great. They worked hard, and our situation was a complicated one - they had to completely take it down and rebuild it from scratch in order to ensure integrity of the assembly. They replaced some of the weathered parts (which I didn't expect at all so that was awesome), and were done within a couple hours. I was so relieved to see it all put back together and ready to be filled! We will will definitely be keeping these guys on our list of go-to's. About 10 years ago, when we purchased our above ground pool system, I knew we were not able to do this install. I came to Yelp and looked for a contractor, Elephant Pools had amazing reviews. They did not disappoint! My husband contacted Tom at Elephant Pools to install our 16ft. x 30ft. above ground steel wall pool. Very fairly priced. it was done and filling in just 2 days. We are still pleased with work performed, how clean the work site was left and how nice and professional that everyone was. A few months later there was a problem with an irrigation line that was capped. It ruptured under the weight of the pool, created a problem with the sand under the liner (mmm husband...lol). They responded so promptly. Had to re-level the sand, reinstalled the liner, and the son even repaired a pin hole leak we didn't know that was there! Side Note: So when the instructions say REMOVE all irrigation lines, they mean it! About 2 years ago, we developed a few leaks in our liner, there was no question on who we would call, Elephant Pools! I believe it was Blake that did the liner replacement, again professional and clean. I have recommended them when ever anyone asks. I am only leaving a 1 star rating because it will not allow me to leave none. I called about a repair to my vinyl pool on Tuesday. I called again on weds saying that I had found two more holes in my deep end of my pool, so I called him and he said that was fine and he could fix the deep end holes on thursday. Thursday came and no call so we called and he said he couldn't come until today at 10. Well it's 10:30 and no phone call no show. So we called him again and he said his deep end equipment isn't working and hasn't been working since WEDNESDAY. Knowing full and well the whole time, but still made the appointment. I would not recommend any one using his services as in my opinion this was very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I have a vinyl lined in ground 15 x 30 pool. I was given Elephant Pools number by my neighborhood pool supply store. I had been unable to get a new liner for years as I couldn't find anyone that replaced them. Tom came to my house the same afternoon that I called him. Gave me options and I was able to pick out the liner I wanted. We chose the grey liner. Three weeks later they were at my house to install the new liner.
