For example, women's small should not measure up to a child's large. Then come to find out coloring of the shirts vary and have the ability to negatively affect other clothing items. Such as color bleeding. Look, at the end of the day reputation should matter and so will it be- they did the best they could to right a wrong or will it be- they ghosted me and behaved severely unprofessional. I'm sure you can guess which one it was based on the 1-star. I'd give zero if I could. No more wasted money going to these products. Just do your due diligence and hope for the best if you order from them.

On January 21st, I dropped by with a sweater and a patch which I had emailed Jason about ahead of time. I wanted a similar design to the attached photo, including the sewing of a couple patches, and an embroidered name. Seemed like there was no issue at this time. I figured it would be a project that would take a few hours time (max). On February 2nd, I asked for the status of the sweatshirt. Received a reply from Jason stating "Almost finished, will email you when done" On February 22nd, received another email from Jason - "They are finishing it now", and asked about an outline on some of the numbers. On March 4th I sent another email checking in to see what was going on. Received a reply back from Jason "Almost finished, where do you want the embroidered name with the pocket there". I asked if we could possibly make the font smaller, and received an email on March 10th stating the pocket was being tricky, getting in there. Then on March 17th I requested any additional updates, and received a reply on March 18th "We cannot get the name in there with the pocket, let me know how you want to proceed" On March 18th, I emailed back and just said to scrap the name at this point, even though the similar sweater had embroidery in the same location. On March 21st, I FINALLY received an email "This is all done then" So today, I had my fiance stop by to pick it up, nobody at the shop had any idea about this sweatshirt or where it was located. They requested the invoice #, which was never offered to me. At this point, I've decided to write off the shirt, and move on. It's not worth the hassle of waiting and trying to figure out what went wrong. Not only that, who knows the cost I'd be charged for the small amount of work that took almost 2 months. At this point in time, I wouldn't recommend 2 the Tee to anyone looking at reliable service. I don't know if it was the particular employee I was dealing with, or a miss-communication.
