I think throwing a former employee under the bus is pretty poor form but that isn't the reason I declined to come back. I just didn't want to spend money at a place that had already disappointed me. Since then, they've subscribed me to their text messages without my consent. I've unsubscribed multiple times and about every six months, new text messages arrive. The same goes for their email. I have unsubscribed multiple times and finally emailed directly last week to ask them to please remove me from their list. Yesterday, they sent me ANOTHER email from their list. They clearly don't care about spamming people and retain client information that they shouldn't. This is just bad business and highly unprofessional.
