The studio is cozy and comfortable enough to make you levitate during the class. I jump into the advanced reformer bed, which is secluded in the corner, giving you privacy and the perfect space for you to focus on your session. The ray of light from the sunset hit me while pulling the class, keeping me warm and active during the entire exercise. The studio faces Douglas Park full frontal, which blends harmoniously with the natural spirit of a Pilates class. All these elements combined provided me with the gracious spirit of a tribal Pilates experience, making me wonder if I would be floating on air while I was swinging through the stripes through the Douglas trees. Dr. Gareth paid attention to all details and was on top of our class at all times, combining several exercises and making sure we obtained a complete workout. I would like to try more sessions in this space, as I think the environment makes it unique to capture an unplugged workout routine.

The exercises are ones that include important muscles that I may not think to train at the gym, but are still important for mobility and to prevent joint pain. My favorite class is the Butts and Guts one because I feel like it's a good full body workout. The studio itself is really beautiful and all the teachers are very patient and knowledgeable. The parking is a hit or miss, you can usually go inside the parking lot. I often park on the street as that is easier.

Pilates is amazing, and Pilates One in Coconut Grove is the perfect place to experience it. This studio, which has been in business for nearly 20 years, offers so much more than a workout. They've created a space with a unique energy--walking in, you instantly feel safe and at home. I just finished a "Jump Class," and what a workout it was! It challenged me in ways I never expected, leaving me feeling stronger and more energized. The class was led by Jeannine, the owner, who has mastered the art of motivating and supporting her clients. Her approach is encouraging without being overwhelming, which is rare to find in a fitness studio. Even as a beginner, I felt comfortable and capable in her class. Pilates One has truly inspired me to make Pilates a core part of my fitness routine. I'm already seeing and feeling the difference, and I couldn't be more excited to continue this journey. I went as a workout and I wouldn't necessarily say this was a workout, but more of a really great stretch and a way to tone. The smaller group made the session feel really personalized and focused, which I appreciated, especially for a workout where form and control matter so much. The instructor, Ophelie, was very nice and welcoming. She offered clear cues and gentle corrections without making it feel intimidating, and the overall vibe in the studio was calm but motivating. The space itself is clean and modern, with a good atmosphere for zoning in and getting a quality workout. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the drive it's a bit out of the way for me personally. But if you're closer to Coconut Grove or don't mind the commute, Tremble is definitely worth checking out for a more intimate, focused class experience with a great instructor like Ophelie.

This studio is nestled in a small shopping area near the MayFair Hotel and there is plenty of street or garage parking around the area. I have done mat Pilates in the past and I have always wanted to try it on the reformer machine. I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to. Christa was the instructor for our class and she was awesome :). She helped me feel comfortable on the machine and adjusted my form as necessary throughout the class. She definitely made the 1 hour class challenging, fun, yet not strenuous. I broke a little sweat and am currently feeling a little sore and it's a great feeling! This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. I'll be back -- once my abs recover. Highly recommend if you're looking for a studio that actually pushes you.
