As the other reviews mention, Michael is extremely knowledgeable on a variety of subjects. He took his time and looked closely at our space, including plumbing and electrical. He talked in depth to my husband, who uses a wheelchair, to see what exactly his needs were for the space, and then he made it beautiful. We had a limited budget, and Michael's design and materials were very affordable and well within our budget. If an adjustment needed to be made, he was flexible and quick to find a solution. He also watched for discounts on materials and saved us hundreds of dollars that way. Often an ADA renovation can look antiseptic, but Michael found flooring and doors and other items that made our new bathroom modern and gorgeous. It has added value to our home. We also hired him to do some additional handyman work like installing kitchen appliances. He pointed out any problems and corrected plumbing and electrical issues along the way. He had lots of tips and tricks on how to keep everything in good working order.
