I've visited this dispensary a few times, and my earlier experiences were excellent. There was a tall, young African-American gentleman who was engaging, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. I returned recently and noticed he is no longer there, and unfortunately, the difference in service was significant. The staff member I interacted with was not welcoming or engaging. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. In a market where dispensaries are everywhere, customer service is what sets a business apart--and this experience fell well short. Additionally, the lack of product visibility is disappointing. There's nothing displayed, only items listed on a chalkboard. Customers want to see and understand what they're purchasing, not just hear it called out from behind the counter. Given the decline in service and the increased competition nearby, including a new medical dispensary next door, I don't plan to return. I hope they take steps to improve, because the potential is there--but right now, the experience doesn't match the standard customers expect. read more

I only gave it a 2 because the chick in there had some koo energy but honestly it's BOOF guys. 1 star. TRASH. If you want some good THCA go to EMF or order from Dopest Genetics in California. I started coming here about a year ago. As time went on, I honestly feel like they short ppl. I've had long strands of human hair (that's not mines because I have braids) in my bud. The staff is always overly too high or hungover. The selection is nice but not worth it. It's like a chore just going there which is why I don't anymore. I could buy 1 gram from them and it wouldn't even be enough for a whole sweet and I've weighed it before, it's always less than a gram. I no longer shop here and never will again. read more

I remember when this place first opened it stayed stocked and had more variety now it's just going down. they only sell grams and they barely have that. you can't call and check deals or inventory so when you get there it's a hit and miss most times a miss because theyre out of stock read more

I've ordered from multiple dispensaries throughout Houston and this was by far the worst to work with. My entire order had to be substituted but conveniently this wasn't mentioned until AFTER I already paid and some parts weren't mentioned at all. I was told delivery would be prior to 8 pm and it did not arrive until almost 8:30. Quite a bit of texting and emailing back and forth had to be done before the order was dispensed so not sure what's the point in online ordering being an option. You guys are always late opening, not to mention the horrible pay system. You have to Apple pay a number that is written on a piece of paper to pay then wait until the girl at the cash register takes a screen shot of your payment to send to the owner and then wait for the owner to reply and say they have received. The grams are very Skimpy. If you want your money worth, Good quality buds and great service i advise u guys to try out STRAIN Dispensary. I will never ever come back to place again.!! I drove 30 during business hours and they were CLOSED!!! I got there at like 4:00ish and the sign said open but the doors were locked and there was a line of us waiting outside. I called the store and the guy was like "oh we all left to get something to eat" I'm like but it's during business hours. Online it says you're supposed to be open and your neon light says open. And he said "if y'all all can just wait like an hour we'll be back" I couldn't believe it! I don't know what the store looks like inside but I do know the customer service is poo. read more
