I had then booked my boyfriend and myself to go back to back for massages. He went in for his scheduled time, i waited the hour for my appointment then i was told that there was a mistake and my appointment is NOT today rather the following Saturday! When i spoke to the receptionist, i had her repeat 3 times my booking. The receptionist let me know that b/c of all the confusion she would add on an extra 30 mins to the massage when i come in. Well i went in, got ONLY 1 HOUR of a massage and was told that the manager cannot bill the RMT for only 30mins. WOW not true since the last time i was in there were many people waiting for their scheduled 30 min massages!!! HONESTLY, stay far away from this place!

Always so understanding when things come up and an appointment has to be changed or cancelled, although it alters their schedules and I try not to, it does happen. Elsewhere you might get a smug 'ok', or even a charge applied to the account, here it is always so reassuring that they are there to make you feel better and know that things come up, they are there to make our lives easier and not harder and for that I will always return even as I moved farther away, it is well worth the drive each and every time.

Finally arrived, and was told I can't get my services with an insane amount of attitude from a blonde young lady 20's. I was willing to use my benefits here too, as I have amazing coverage, but it's their loss. For $35 from Groupon, I've spent now $18 on Uber's to get here and back. Their osteopath prices are within the usual range. The only bad thing, I think, is that you have to climb up big steep stairs to go to the clinic (on the second floor), which is not ideal at all for people who come to see an osteopath or a chiropractor for back/leg problems.
