I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Cypress Pride Car Wash…read more I paid $50 for detailing and an additional $40 specifically for vomit cleaning, expecting a thorough and complete service. That expectation was not met. After pickup, there was still visible vomit residue left in multiple areas of my vehicle, including the sun visor area. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a defensive response from Gabby, who stated that sun visors are not included in their cleaning process and claimed she had informed my husband of this beforehand. That is not accurate based on his interaction. He explained the situation at the entrance, was handed a ticket, and directed inside to pay--without any disclaimer or explanation that parts of the affected area would be excluded from cleaning. If there are exclusions to a paid service--especially a $40 specialized cleaning fee--they must be clearly disclosed before payment is taken. There is nothing on your website or service description that states sun visors or any interior surfaces affected would be excluded from vomit cleaning. More concerning is that the service itself was not performed thoroughly even beyond the visor. The presence of remaining residue shows a lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the consistency of the work being done. I had to take time off work to return and physically point out what should have already been properly addressed. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to resolve this matter. I expect either a proper re-cleaning of the vehicle or a discussion of appropriate compensation, as the service paid for was not delivered as advertised or expected. I hope management treats this seriously and responds promptly.

They have all…read morekinds of railroad stuff - axles to sit on from a rail car, railroad crossing signs, a model locomotive set inside, and all kinds of train stuff to look at! They offer a selection of different levels of cleanliness and service, with all of them named after famous railways, except for one, which is named after a waterfall in Brazil. They all say that they're the best value. $1 extra for SUV's and trucks. They got the car through the wash pretty quickly, vacuumed the inside, but didn't get it all. There's still sand from the beach and gook in the cup holders, but overall, the outside looked shiny and there were no streaks on the windows, and they sprayed that stuff that makes your tires look shiny. So overall, I was pretty impressed, and they had a lot more interesting railway related things to check out while I waited, so it was a pretty pleasant experience!

Was a bust Saturday but was not expecting the length of time it took to was and detail. Need to mention that as we sat outside and enjoyed the weather, after the drive thru wash did its job, it sat outside by the detail area for 30 minutes- and long when we went in and asked what's taking so long, they said they're backed up. We went to eat at Jimmy John's down the way, came back, and they were working on it- finally. Quality- outside seems rushed. Side view mirrors were not wiped well, front windshield had some spots on it from a neighboring wax job perhaps (only noticed these things when driving off and the sun hit just right). Inside was not super duper special clean- was more like the $36 job. Still had stuff in the carpets. Was expecting better with the cost. Value- not there. Don't get upsold like me. He got me good with the salesman pitch. Definitely not a premium experience with the premium price.

Oh man, I thought I'd live in Buc-ee's when I bought my home in Cypress many years ago. I just…read moredidn't realize this location wouldn't give me even 25% of the feels of the large stores. I mean...even the brisket sammiches taste different here. This is one of their smaller locations, so it feels a bit different from the bigger stores most people are used to. Basically, this is a gas station with a lil something something extra. The brisket sandwich wasn't as good as the big stores. It just didn't have the same flavor or quality I've come to expect. They've changed the ordering process over the years. Idk exactly when since Ive been mostly living in FL for work but before you'd order at a kiosk and get a ticket, but now there's at least a register at the counter, which makes things a bit more straightforward. Outside of the food, it still functions mostly like a typical gas station stop. Gas prices are generally better here, and the fountain drinks and ICEEs are still cheap. On my last visit a couple weeks ago, they didn't have the cinnamon rolls with nuts and staff mentioned they weren't sure when certain bakery items would be back. That was a bit disappointing since those are usually part of the appeal. Overall, it's still a convenient stop, but just know this location doesn't hit the same as the larger Buc-ee's stores. Manage your expectations but it stays crowded and you can still get some of the most popular Buc-ee's items.
