I knew I was in great hands when I arrived early in the morning and took time to read the team bios. I was especially happy to learn that Melody is known for working with Shih Tzus. Although I do not live nearby, I would absolutely love to return. The service I have been receiving at my local PetSmart made me give up on them after four years of taking my dog there. Melody was thorough, addressed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond to educate me. She even updated the notes as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend her! :)

I used to book the exit bath on the hotel checkout day to make sure that they were clean to go home, then switched to a dedicated grooming service after they discontinued the exit bath. However, in last year, they did not trim my dog's nails and did not clean her ear either for one stay. When I found the issues at home and called them, I was told that they could hot handle my dog, so just totally skipped these two steps that I paid for. Though I was not satisfied, I thought this was an one-time accident and not reallyworth bothering with, but I then avoided booking grooming services with them for the subsequent hotel stays. Now I just checked out today for another stay which I tried again with their grooming service since last year's incident, to give them another chance, and purposely double checked her ears - all were full of wax in her outer canal! And even in some part of outer ear. When I returned to the salon and they cleaned it again, though I told him that this is the second time that they did not do the service, he said that they don't clean ear canal. However, the wax is still on her ear hair, and I can even easily wipe out more with just a tissue - after he cleaned them **again**. If this is the standard of cleanliness of West Dublin PetSmart, their bar is too low to earn customers' business. East Dublin PetSmart has been my regular grooming service provider since the first incident in last year and they don't have this issue at all. It's so funny that a box store does not have a consistent standard across all their stores. The corporate HQ should review the store's performance seriously.

From the very beginning, though, Pupwalk stood out--and I am so incredibly grateful that I found them. They are not only professional and reliable, but truly kind and caring people who clearly love what they do. Hermes absolutely adores his daily walks, and I can tell he feels comfortable, happy, and safe with them. As a dog owner, that peace of mind is everything. Knowing that someone treats your dog like their own is priceless. They're always punctual, communicative, and attentive to Hermes's needs. It's clear they pay attention to details and genuinely care about his well-being, not just "getting the job done." I've noticed such a positive difference in his routine and energy, and it makes me so happy to see how excited he is for his walks. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and truly compassionate to take care of your dog, I highly recommend Pupwalk. Finding them was such a relief, and I couldn't imagine a better team to trust with Hermes!

The app setup Time To Pet is phenomenal: they're able to send a check in and check out time for the walk, the route they took, photos of your doggie, if they pooped and/or peed, if they drank some water afterward, etc. It has truly made my life so much easier with returning to work and they're always so dependable. I can tell Murphy is very loved on by how happy he looks in all the photos they send me of him!!! Would highly recommend Pupwalks to anyone in need of a dependable, loving, friendly dog walker!!! :) I included some photos they have sent to me over the last few months as well!

The professionalism and structure they bring is unmatched. They manage their facility much like a children's daycare, every dog is carefully evaluated before being welcomed into the community, vaccinations must be up to date, and safety is clearly their top priority. The facility is incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully run. We also love all the extras they offer. From different levels of boarding (the highest tier even includes a special tuck-in and Kong treat!) to dog training, bathing, nail trimming, and their fully engaging playrooms, complete with Dog TV, play structures, bubbles, pool days, and themed activities, it's clear they go above and beyond to make every stay fun and enriching. They even include webcams for us parents to check in on them from time to time! Our doggie Herkules absolutely LOVES his Dogtime family. It is truly his home away from home, and he gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. As very particular dog parents, trust means everything to us -- and there is no place we trust more than Dogtime. Tony and Krista have done an incredible job since taking over the business. They've created something really special, and we are forever grateful to them for caring for our dog kids as if they were their own.

Finding a good vet that is at a privately owned hospital has been a challenge and after reading their website and hearing good things from a couple of colleagues, I drove over an hour each way for appointments with each of my dogs. I saw Dr. Cauvel and was very impressed with his knowledge, he recognized it was better for me to handle my super excitable malinois vs have her go into the back for her vaccination, and most importantly, when I presented him with a more complex issue on one of my dogs and I presented my thoughts, he didn't treat me like my background was somehow a threat like I have experienced before. He went out of his way to review some information and photos I emailed after the appointment and we decided on what to try. I was really thrilled with my experience with this vet at this practice with both of my dogs, and despite the drive will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I strongly advise against trusting this clinic with any major surgery. I brought my rescue cat here…read morefor treatment of nose cancer, which they had already diagnosed as being present throughout his entire nose. Despite this, they completely ignored one side of his nose during treatment and committed multiple acts of severe professional negligence. 1. Failure to Follow Agreed Treatment Plan: I paid for and consulted on an aggressive, complete nose removal. The consulting veterinarian explicitly stated that the surgery "would be a waste" unless the entire nose was removed because leaving any cancer behind would cause it to return aggressively. Instead, a general practice surgeon--whom I was never permitted to speak with--made a unilateral mid-surgery decision to perform a minimal "scrape," leaving 2/3 of the tumor and visible cancerous bulbs intact. 2. Complete Violation of Informed Consent: If the surgeon did not feel capable or comfortable performing the agreed-upon nose removal once my cat was sedated, they had a strict medical and ethical obligation to call me from the operating room. By failing to contact me, they denied me my legal right to decline a substandard procedure, wake my cat up, and immediately transfer him to a qualified veterinary oncologist or specialist who could perform the surgery correctly. 3. Total Lack of Post-Operative Communication: When I picked up my cat after major surgery, the clinic provided absolutely zero communication or discharge instructions. I had to discover via text message that they failed to complete the agreed-upon service. They then falsely claimed the cancer was only on one side, directly contradicting their own previous diagnosis and what was clearly visible. Because of their failure to remove the tumor as promised, the cancer returned with extreme aggression. I had to euthanize my cat because this clinic robbed him of his only opportunity to receive a proper, complete surgery from a qualified professional. I have the full text message logs, emails, and images confirming this timeline. A formal complaint regarding this professional negligence and failure to obtain informed consent is being filed directly with the State Veterinary Board. Do not trust them with your animal's life. Response to owner : There is a fundamental difference between a "medically complex" adjustment and a complete change in surgical scope without owner consent. The explicit, documented purpose of Tom Tom's consultation was a complete nose removal. I was explicitly told by your staff that a partial removal or "minimal scrape" would not be effective given the aggressive nature of his cancer. Yet, while he was sedated, Dr. Eileen made the unilateral decision to pivot to a minimal scrape, leaving active cancerous bulbs behind, without ever calling me to get my informed consent. By failing to call me from the operating room, you denied me my legal right as a client to decline a sub-standard procedure. Had I been contacted, I would have immediately instructed the clinic to wake him up so I could transfer him to a qualified veterinary oncologist or specialist who was capable of performing the agreed-upon surgery. Furthermore, your clinic attempted to retain 100% of the funds for a complete nose removal until I forced accountability through a series of extensive emails. Your own text message records confirm that the surgeon only focused on one side of the nose, directly contradicting the agreed-upon treatment plan. This is a clear issue of professional negligence and a failure to obtain informed consent, not a misunderstanding of "expectations." I will not be having further private discussions with management to help cover up this clinic's lack of informed consent. The time for discussion was when Tom Tom was on the operating table. All further correspondence from me will be handled directly through the formal complaint I am filing with the State Veterinary Board.
