VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I've seen good reviews but my experience was anything but. Spent over $30K on a new roof and siding. Did roof first which was OK until the siding part. First, they put toe boards all over our new roof - this is when they nail boards into the roof so they can stand on them. So we have a new roof with holes everywhere through it now. Second the drip edges they put up were ruined when they took off siding - told us this would be fixed but it is certainly not. The painting of our siding resulted in paint on our brick which we were told would be removed, but it wasn't. There were a number of other issues, way too many to mention. Biggest issue was with their subcontractor who ordered way too much wood/siding which he charged us for. We had a long conversation about how I was going to use the left over wood for another project (he even told me the type of saw I would need to cut that particular type of wood). Next morning they came to clean the mess they left, instead they took all the left over wood and left the mess behind. When I called him he said he returned it for a refund. So I asked for the refund he immediately changed his story and said he had ordered extra wood for "another job". Funny how that didn't come up when we spoke about the project I was going to use that wood for. The story kept changing, like a criminal caught in a lie being questioned by police, because he keep digging a hole with deeper lies. I've asked for the receipt for the wood to compare it to the amount used but Elevated Roofing will not provide it - I wonder why? Since this job finished in September I kept being told they would make things right until their VP Daniel called today (1/28) and made it clear that wasn't his priority and they wouldn't provide the receipt. He said it is now January and that was six months ago, never mind I have been asking for this for the past six months This is just a snippet of my experience with Elevated Roofing, my suggestion is to look elsewhere or be very careful about what they promise and how much material they are charging you for versus what they actually use. read more

Josh from Elevated Roofing is amazing!!! He is super professional, detailed and a man of his word. We live between SoCal and Dallas. When the hailstorm hit this year we were busy in SoCal and couldn't come back. The whole process from initial contact, meeting with the adjuster, reviewing the adjuster's report, arranging the team to repair/replace and also Elevator Painting to fix the fence were all coordinated by Josh while we were still gone. Getting the initial check from the insurance company was not difficult but the check had the loan company and our name on it, so getting the money back from our loan company was super difficult. The loan company made us submit tons of documents, paperwork, back and forth with inspections and the entire time Josh was on top of everything. We were able to get the entire insurance amount back to us. Beside Josh, every person that I encountered with at Elevator Roofing is also very friendly and on top of things. We are located in Plano and used Elevated Roofing after the hail storm in April 2018. The entire transaction was 5 stars. Elevated Roofing representative went over the entire house, roof, gutters, solar window screens, fence, etc etc. He found damage that the insurance company did not list. He took photos and negotiated with the insurance company to get those damages also included. Their work crews were great!! They spent time making sure there was no residual mess after their work was completed. If you want this high level of service you should ask them to come on out and work with you through the project. normally don't write reviews but I was very impressed with Detlef Domagalski at Elevated Roofing. He knocked on my door and said he was giving away free roof inspections and there would be no pressure selling. Since hail season is upon us I thought it a good idea. Free is free. He went up on the roof and took a few pictures. Once he was done he thanked me and sent me a full report with pictures of my roof. He was very friendly, courteous and seemed really genuine. When we are ready to replace our roof he and Elevated Roofing will definitely be our first call. David from Elevate came out to replace just one shingle on my roof. The company that installed this roof 5 years (a different company) did not do a good job so every now and again shingles come off! Elevate has been here twice to replace missing ones and this morning David came and was so pleasant, even to just fix one single shingle. He was professional, careful, conscientious and quick!
