I decided to quit smoking. I wanted to use a vape to help quit cigarettes. My good friend recommended that I check out Elevated, and I am glad she did. Polo and Natalia took great care of me! I told them that I had recently tried a brand of vape that made me cough. I thought about getting a vape that tasted like my brand of cigarettes, but Polo suggested that I go with a completely different flavor. He said that in his experience, going with a tobacco flavors vape could potentially lead to my going back and forth between the vape and cigarettes. They recommended two other disposable vape brands, ElfBar and Air 6000. Natalia helped me with the flavor choices and picked a great flavor for me based on my likes! Since then, I have been back several times, and they have both been awesome. I quit over a month ago and really appreciate their help with the process. The store is clean and well organized. Best and coolest smoke shop in San Ramon. Their prices are better than alcosta's down the street and essentially anyone else's around the bay. sometimes the customer service is a little iffy.The girl that works their was really nice but when i came again i was struck with a rude buzz cut boy with a hat that made me feel unwelcome. This place sucks. The only guy I've ever seen working there is extremely rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to help a customer that walks through the door. The last time I walked in looking for coils and needed help finding the right one. He asked to see my vape and then laughed and said he's "never seen those before in his life". It's a GeekVape device, which isn't some unknown knock off brand. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Alcosta Smoke Shop around the corner has great service. A1 Vape Shop and Glass Shop. Everything ive gotten here has been perfect with no issues at all. Staff is knowledgable and the owner is super friendly. The shop itself is cool with artwork hung on the wall. Basically it doesnt look like every other vape/smoke shop in the area. It looks like someone actually cares about the shops appearance with a nice open layout without clutter laying everywhere. 10/10 would suggest you stop in if youre in the area. They have a ton of disposable vapes always stocked as well. There are other "smoke shops" in the area that will pop up on google just ignore those and come here. Ive been too one other shop on alcosta blvd and service and products were just utter trash. Come here and save yourself some time and money take my word for it. read more

First of all the one star was because of force to leave a review! Anyway I shopped here and bought a bunch of vape juice and equipment for vaping and concentrates. Well I bought Gost the Milk House milkhead 6mg (instead of 3mg because the guy selling was confusing) and a lucid air green apple disposable which was faulty. the guy on the phone apologized and said he would hook us up on the vape juice next time and to keep the 6mg which I PAID for. Today we went for the deal and the guy today didn't know what we we're talking about. He started a yelling match with my Fiance and asked for the 6mg vape juice and and in a pissed off mood threw it in the trash and said no refunds. Then the deal" was to get a vape juice for $10 and cigarettes for $9 which is the Damn same price for a new vape juice. He truly threw out my juice and not like he refunded me. He threw away my $20 juice. Im beyond pissed and telling everyone that I recommended to go their to change shops. BEYOND poor management! You literally threw away my money read more

Needed a vape shop near work. Decided to head on over one day after 11am (their opening time) they were not open. Ran some errands and called 45 min later. They said someone was sick and to come in, they would "take care of me" for having to come all the way back. So I drive there the next day, only to fInd they are out of what I needed.
