Service is good. I believe they only have tobacco and clear flavored disposables. I only get clear flavored ones. I tried the spring water clear for the first time today and so far i like it. It's basically clear with a better aftertaste. Kind of a slight generic boba tea aftertaste. Could be like a placebo effect idk lol. Cost 30 bucks. read more

They refused to give me a name to make sure the prices were correct. also offered to sell them to me for $10 if all I had in cash was $10 but sense I had $20 refused to sell them to me for anything other than $12. Was forced to come here several times when my usual shop temporarily closed in 2020, every time I've come here the guys have acted like you're entering their private home and should be honored that they get up to help you. Sneezing on my item because he had to actually perform a task was the last straw. Should be reporting these dumbasses to the health board. No masks. Also, the juice I got here tasted like it came from a porta potty. Legit the most off-brand crap I've ever tried. Alright my first review got deleted because it wasn't descriptive enough. I stopped by this shop on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon on whim in search of a decent pipe. I should've been suspicious when the total was $50.00 flat for a small pipe. I'm new to town so I'm not familiar with the prices of this smoke shop. I barely used it twice and the magnet on the piece broke on me. I went to another shop in Castro Valley and the exact same piece was listed for $20.00. The same piece is $10 on eBay. I went to four smoke shops in the San Ramon/Dublin area and this place hands down has the best selection of glass pieces. Also, the gallery style walk through of floor to ceiling show cabinets filled with water pipes is pretty breathtaking. No place can compete and every smokeshop knew it. I was asked inside questions and I was more than happy to answer. They were the only shop that filled with water and let me draw to test how each piece pulled. They have a lot of stuff, but on multiple occasions I've walked in and the staff are sitting on their phones watching something. They continue to watch while I ask for stuff and don't make eye contact for the entire encounter. Seems pretty rude. I've since changed to Smooth Leaf right around the corner. these guys seemed alright for a while but they started selling me defective e-cigs. two of them basically broke after the first hour, then I went back to see if they would compensate me for the defective merchandis, and they offered me a 5$ discount on my two broken e-cigs. if that wasn't enough, I took their $5 discount and bought another one which turned into that burning throat e-cig after 36 hours. they are selling old or defective e-cigs on purpose. no integrity. these guys are crooks. I purchased a vape device in an attempt to quit smoking about a month ago. that experience was fine the rechargeable batteries that came with it were horrible and went dead about 10 days into it. I brought the device back yesterday only to find a rude kid behind the counter on his laptop and phone. I was ignored by hi Mk m and it took me saying excuse me TWICE! before he acknowledged me. I asked if the owner was there he shook his head no so I went on with the business at hand I told him the Vape was recently bought and is now not working while I handed him the device he said there's oil everywhere well the device takes oil and when you lay it down it leaks I don't think it supposed to leak according to everyone else that I talk to you but he wanted to accuse me of miss handling the device and that's why it wasn't working however he put two different batteries in it and it worked so he said oh it's just the batteries well that's a big situation because now I have to buy batteries when the dude made me believe that the batteries came with the device ! when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his response he just laughed at me not believe it I was amazed that this guy was working there and was behaving in the way he was either he's the owner son or he's a disgruntled employee which ever one it is I spent over $150 at that place and I expect some level of customer service and I have received none! read more

This place helped me find a vape that's a closest draw to cigarettes so that I can quit my cigarettes. I've been smoking more than half a pack a day from 14-31 yrs old, stopped when I was pregnant and while my kids were still younger, then I started again about 5 years ago. I don't want to quit smoking cause I enjoy it, but it's just sooo complicated to smoke cigarettes now and it's really bad for your lungs. I have bought many items at the Blue Cave and spent a lot of money over the years; however, I will no longer give my business to them anymore. When a person is a regular customer and clearly honest comes in with three torches that were purchased the evening before having to go on a trip back east for 10 days to return them because two failed to fire up completely from the first try and one that snapped and broke from the second fire to return them and tells you that he can't take them back because they won't get their money back is unbelievable. I was told that if I brought them back within 24 hours they could have done it. So which is it they don't get their money back or they don't want to do it?? Poor business practice. The "boss" stepped in and said ok you can return one particular torch but next time come back within 24 hours. I again told him I had to go out of town the next morning and had just returned last night and this was my first opportunity to come in. If you ever shop at this smoke shop make sure you try any products you buy in the store and during the next 24 hours so you can return it within 24 hours. After spending about $65 on torches that don't work that is the LAST time I will ever shop the Blue Cave. Be careful!! read more
